Order anywhere else. I ordered 10 days early, and they still didn't get it delivered on time. The representative on the phone lied about when the delivery was attempted, lied about where the delivery guy was or was lied to. Regardless, delivery didn't actually make it when it was supposed to.

They didn’t send my order complete talked to girl manager and sent her proof and she wanted the gmail confirmation and after she just ignored me I called and nothing she didn’t admit she messed up she just chose to to ignore me last time I buy from here she needs to own up to her mistakes and an hour later still didn’t get nothing had to call owner Michel hopefully he fixes the problem going on with that store

Holiday hours stated they closed at 4PM. Received a call at 2:30PM letting me know they close at 3PM and I have to pick it up. I set the time to order for 4PM, which I expected & told her. She said, “It was a mistake.” I understand it is the holidays and everyone wants to go home but at least give me a call when I placed my order at 1PM instead of waiting the last 30 minutes. What a waste! :( Definitely a mistake to order from them.

The worst customer service. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!I had a terrible experience with this company. I placed the order on Friday, September 8,2023, at 4:36 pm and I got a confirmation via text message , But Luisa called me by saying that they will closed at 5 PM and asked me to change the delivery date and the staff Luisa promised a Sunday morning delivery between 8-10am, but it didn't arrive until 11:42 am. The customer support was unprofessional, and she promised me that it will be deliver on Sunday early morning. When I tried to explain the situation to Mike, the owner, he yelled at me and kept repeating, 'I am an owner, period!' It's clear he has no understanding of good customer service. I would not recommend this place." I assume he is very proud of being "Owner" , but he doesn't know what's to be the owner. He needs to take communication classes !!1:30 PM my order not delivered yet. I canceled the order

I made an order it was excepted and confirm for Mother’s Day, which is tomorrow . they took the payment, then called me and canceled The order, told me it would take five business days for me to receive a refund.? I am so extremely upset because tomorrow is literally Mother’s Day. Why would you take my payment? If you know you couldn’t fulfill the order. This is a extreme inconvenience. The girl on the phone was so unprofessional.

Very bad service,every time I order they do not have fruits or other products, NEVER PUT AN ORDER ONLINE WITH THEM. Your card will be charged, they will call back with no order products available and you need to wait 5 days for the order to be delivered or cancel your order and wait 2-3 business days for a refund.

Placed an order off of the app a day before Mother's Day, it's currently 4:30pm and they still haven't delivered. Called the store and was told that they refunded me because they were overbooked on deliveries with no contact or email confirming the cancellation... I will be making a corporate complaint and will no longer be making orders from this company. I would also suggest other costumers to do the same. The app did not specify that this store was "over booked" with orders, if that is the case they should consider staffing their locations adequately especially on holidays... Called this location back and asked to speak to the Manager and was told that Robert the manager is not in today..

Worst customer service ever! Besides the driver, JP being extremely rude and unprofessional! There were bugs inside the fruit box! It was disgusting!!! Please do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else!

They just lost a customer. I placed an order online for Valentine’s Day and when I went to picked it up, I was told they canceled my order because they were booked. They gave no prior notification and now it’s too late to go elsewhere. Very inconsiderate of them!!!!

Cute fruit baskets, chocolate dipped fruits, nice flower bouquets and balloons for all occasions. I even got one with a cake for a small birthday with chocolate dipped strawberries on top. The balloons last for a long time too and the fruits were all fresh! They even gave $5 off and free delivery on time, quick service.

Simply the worst costumer service ever!!!I place an order online and they cancelled my order without notice!!! Not a phone call, not an email.... Nothing!!!I calked the store to know if there was any updates, status or ETA and found out that my order was cancelled.The reason was.... The person at the store just cancelled my order. Meaning not really an explanation!!!I believe that it was probably because it was an under $100 order they felt my business was not worth it!Will never order again and I will for sure to publicize my experience as much as I can.

I enjoyed most of the fruit in my order except for the chocolate covered bananas. They were over ripe and a bit mushy. Usually they're my favorite, but not this time. Yesterday I had chocolate covered bananas from the Edible Arrangements in Temecula and there was a big difference in the the quality of the chocolate covered bananas.

I went online (edible arrangements' website) to order a birthday gift for someone special. A 3rd party (fruit boutique/flowers.com) processed my order and assured me they would send it on time. Not only did they never deliver the gift, they never attempted to call me back to update me and they claimed they weren't able to deliver it. I waited all day for it to arrive and never saw them attempting to deliver the arrangement. What a let down. I highly recommend ordering from the local store directly.
