Wife and I have been doing our taxes with Starling for years now! It’s always a pleasure and he makes it easy and comfortable. Every year he is up to date with the changing policies and ensures we always get our paper work filed correctly! Highly recommend him and the office! My 19 year old moved to van Nuys recently and I was gonna bring her all the way back to Long Beach to do her taxes. Checked on Yelp for Tax services in Van Nuys and saw that "El Rey" had great reviews. We were in and out great price for Taxes and the staff was very friendly. Happy to give them our business. We will be back next year for sure.

Good accountant, great service. I opened a small business in 2019; my friend recommended me with Starlin, who is an accountant he has guided me on how to handle the business accounting to make it easier at the end of the year to file the tax with IRS. He is very honest person and professional, courteous.
