I came across a brand whose SPC flooring I dug. I called the company directly they referred me to their local sales rep whom then referred me to Element Flooring. That's where I met Rick, the owner. Rick is friendly, easy to talk to, patient and helpful. I went to his showroom twice before making my final decision. He encouraged me to take samples to the rental unit I was updating so I could see the flooring in the light of the actual space which was useful in making my final decision. Elements flooring will be added to my LA roster for future projects.

My house was way over due for new flooring and after shopping around and getting many quotes I decided to go with Element Flooring! They have quite the variety of flooring to chose from. I'm so happy with the services we received from the owner Rick. He was amazing and knowledgeable in everything we had questions for. I would definitely be recommending this company to everyone!

I was recomended to element floors and supply by a friend..I usually dont leave reviews at all but my family and i were so satisfied with the service we got.we remodeled the living room and 2 bedrooms with some nice cherry wood floors.it came out looking really nice and it was the right price..i’ve been recomending my friends and so far its been the best quality and flooring supply’s.i really recomend this place.thank you so much ELEMENT FLOORS AND SUPPLYS...

Best experience! I wanted to get rid of my carpets due to my son's allergies. Not only that my Chihuahua rescue had some potty training issues. I was literally leaving IKEA and saw their sign, I thought well why not get a quote. Super reasonable to replace my carpet with hardwood floors. Rick explained my options and helped me pick the right floor for my taste and budget. I would totally recommend Element Flooring if you want quality. They referred me to one of their vendors for installment which worked out very well. I would highly recommend. Thanks Rick!

My wife and I recently worked with Rick at element flooring. What a fantastic experience! We were remodeling our house and worked with multiple vendors, and Rick was by far the easiest, most accommodating, knowledgeable, and most pleasant vendor we dealt with. He was extremely responsive to our emails and phone calls, always responding within 24 hours, and often within just a couple hours. His pricing was extremely competitive, and we felt extremely comfortable working with him. Element has tons of inventory options at great prices. I completely recommend Element to anyone with flooring needs in LA!

Can't say enough great things about Rick and Element Flooring. Rick went above and beyond to make sure we found a hardwood floor that we loved. We were indecisive and went back to his store multiple times to look at our top choice over and over again. He always was so patient with us and helped us pick the most beautiful flooring for our house. We needed extra hardwood during the installation process and Rick quickly ordered additional flooring that arrived quickly and avoided a delay in the installation. No need to shop around town, Element is by far the best in LA.

My boyfriend found this place and hands-down its best flooring store in LA County. Rick the guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of flooring at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for flooring anything.

This place is amazing. I bought my laminate flooring from here and the owner was very accommodating and gave me a great deal after going to three other locations. I definitely recommend this location, ask for Ricky, he's the best!!!
