The business I work for switched to Elite Merchant Solutions for their in house credit card processing in May of 2022. We have been working specifically with Melissa Carter and JD Irwin @ Elite, as our account managers. They have gone above and beyond in their duties, providing excellent customer service and very timely communications and updates. Not to mention the money that the business is now able to save on even a daily basis. If it had not been for Melissa reaching out, we would still be paying an astronomical amount in credit card processing fees. Thank you Melissa and JD for all of your hard work and dedication in providing the best services you are able!

We have been so happy with Elite's services for our businesses! Melissa is our dedicated specialist and she is always available to help and also helpful in directing us to the right team member to get everything handled that we might need. We recently updated our terminals and the technical support department was especially helpful with answering all of our questions. The personalized friendly service is unmatched and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Elite!

I made a purchase from a company who uses Elite to process their credit card transactions. Over a month after the initial purchase, Elite made a duplicate transaction and charged my card a second time without authorization. Elite sent an e-mail and advised that it was a processor error and would be corrected within 48 hours. It took four days for my card to be reimbursed. When I attempted to contact someone from the company, my call was not returned. I'd give this company zero stars if I could.

I have been approached by multiple CC merchants in my 35 years of business and used a number of different companies. The reason I switched to Elite is because my Rep, Tracey Olroyd, has shown me a level of customer service well above my previous experiences. She addressed any questions I had with all the services I inquired about and worked closely with me to qualify the best rates for my business.Highly recommend working with Tracey for any business owner looking for great customer service and competitive rates.

Our company has been using this company for many years now. We have not come across a single issue throughout the years that has not been resolved. If we have any questions they are on top of it and follow up quick. Kristina B always checks up via email throughout the year making sure we are happy with their service. Money also sits on the account in a timely manner no matter the amount. Highly recommend!

I want to give a shout out to Kevin Jones from Elite Merchant Solutions. I ALWAYS dismiss sales calls on principle. However, when Kevin called, I was impressed by his respectful, thoughtful and professional demeanor. Instead of selling, he was actually interested in what our company needs were. He was never intrusive and was very clear about services, and upfront about costs. The biggest kudos I can give Kevin is that he was willing to be a point person even after he was out of the sales loop. His genuineness and sincerity is hard to find ANYWHERE, much less in the processing world. Bravo Kevin! I hope you are duly recognized for your fabulous customer service and genuine care you offer.

Elite Merchant Solutions is a great place to work. Justin M. and Paul R. really care about people. Employees go through extensive on the job training to make sure you are very knowledgeable regarding the credit card processing business. All of the employees and management team are so nice, knowledgeable and professional. Merchants have a dedicated account representative so they don’t get bounced around. At Elite Merchants talk to people to make sure they have the best client experience. The rates are extremely low at the Van Nuys. California and Plano, Texas locations. Justin M. and Paul R. are guru’s in the credit card processing business and have been in the business a long time. (BBB Rating is A+)

We recently moved with Elite and Melissa and her team has been excellent. Melissa and Melony are two great ladies that have done the absolute best to help with the transition and any hurdles we encountered. Kevin Jones and Elite have saved our business a ton of money. The customer service couldn’t be better or more responsive. I was reluctant to switch to Elite initially because it seemed too overwhelming and difficult to switch providers. However, I couldn’t ignore the potential cost savings any longer and made the switch about 18 months ago. Kevin and Elite made the switch over very easily. Couldn’t be happier.
