THE WORST AGENCY!!! I paid for unlimited replacement and when she sent the first person and I didn't like them, Elizabeth (owner) blocked my number and doesn't answer any of my calls or texts. So, she took my money and did not provide any replacements for me. That is a breach of contract and has legal consequences.

Total FRAUD and bait and switch with their nannies who will quit as soon as your three month contract with the agency expires. This agency abuses and takes advantage of the poor women they have in the palm of their hands.

I wish I was reading those reviews before!! It is a scam!! We are very reliable and trustworthy family. It's sadden me that we fell into this type of scam... Worse People. No respect for paid clients that are coming in good energy and in a very polite way to ask for a proper solution after they paid. You really don't want to have them as your agancy. They don't respect clients. When I asked for my replacement as the person they sent over - had the worse energy and attitude (I won't be surprise if she stole from us but unfortunately I don't have cams in the right places and I trust people so I don't check too much). The agancy doesn't care for the clients and will not even try to find a replacement. Once you paid them - you won't hear back from them again. I've also heard they offer workers jobs after they placed them . Really bad people. Be aware. It's a scam. Stay away. I wish I saw all those warning before...

WORST AGENCY!!!!!!!! They treat people like slaves and are so demanding. Call you threatening for payment before you've decided to even hire someone. And if you don't answer them while at work they will make your life a living hell and call 20 times. They told the person I was going to hire to leave immediately and she had no where to even stay. They treat them like slaves and demand them to leave or they will file lawsuits on them. When all they want to do is just work.

Stay away from this agency! I was looking for someone to clean my apartment. I said I needed someone to deep clean and gave specific instructions on what I need done. Trinni said " yes I have someone that specialises in deep cleaning and everything you need."That lady came and only half way through told us that she doesn't do a,b and c. She left after four hours when my place takes a minimum of 6 hours to clean if it's only one person cleaning. Our place was still dirty, dust everywhere, finger prints on the mirrors, kitchen counters filthy, etc. Paid $30 an hour for garbage work and never got a call back from the owner. Don't waste your time here trying to find someone that can provide you with quality work.

This agency sends the worst housekeepers , they're a bunch of liars. They take your money and will never find you someone decent. I don't recommend them at all. They're a major scam Don't trust them at all

I have been using Trini for over a decade and she has been great. My whole family has staffed their homes from Eva's and we couldn't be happier. Trini has a great eye for our needs and always brings great ladies. My friends have used other Agencies and always end up loving Eva's service and candidates. Eva's is a trusted agency and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the worst agency in Los Angeles. Trinny does not do background checks and sends any crazy person to anyone's house. She is only concerned with sucking as much money she can out of anyone she can. The first housekeeper that they got for me ended up not showing up one day without calling, and completely disappeared. Then a month later, she called trying to come back. I told her I had filled her position. ( she was also very bad at everything house and baby related) The second lady that Trinny sent me ended up being a LUNATIC ( I am a psychotherapist and I can confirm this) my husband was out of town, and when I got home from mommy and me with my 1 year old baby, she came into the living room and started yelling at me at the top of her lungs in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish, and my baby started CRYING really hard, as he was really frightened. Turns out, she was upset that I asked her to sweep the garage. She was yelling profanity at me, and gave me her phone to speak to her son. Her son started saying profanity in English to me when I was being extremely polite. I told them that she can pack her things and leave. She refused to leave, and after two hours of locking my son and I in the other room in fear of what this stranger might do, I called the police. They had to escort the psychopath who I only knew for about a month out of my house. I was shaking trying to calm my son down. I had no idea what she was capable of. The third lady I hired from Trinny, threatened to leave if we did not pay her an absurd amount of money. We also found out that she lied on her resume and lied about EVERYTHING. When I called Trinny, she kept blowing me off for weeks. Then, finally when I explained to her that as it SAID IN OUR CONTRACT that I needed another girl, she started yelling at me on the phone. She blamed me and told me that it was my fault and hung up. She ignored my phone call after that. She was a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. Who knows what those crazy women did while I wasn't home. The thought of it scares me.

I have used Eva's domestic Agency over the past two years, we have found 2 amazing live-in nanny/housekeepers from this agency. Elizabeth who runs the office is a super polite, attentive and respectful lady that I spoke to many times everyday for a month. She was so patient with my needs, returned every one of my calls. They listened to my needs and provided me with what I needed. Also if they didn't have a person with the qualifications that I was looking for, they would ask me to wait until they found someone fit for the job. Trini/Elizabeth never push for anyone, the allow the client make a decision. They make sure that you're happy with the person that you have hired. I am grateful for these people and their services. I have friends that have used their services and are super content. I highly recommend them, be specific with your need and they will deliver to you.

I wish they knew how to perform excellent customer service to everyone. I feel sorry for the clients and for those seeking a job , find somewhere else with great reviews.
