I was pleasantly surprised when the office was open today which Labor Day. Good thing they were because I brought the wrong access key to my unit. Could have been a huge problem since I had movers on there way...problem solved! I can always count on Extra Space to be well run and tidy every time I've been to my unit 🙏

Typical storage unit after a few months they raise the rent, my gate password wasn't up to date so I was locked inside for a good while and be ready to lose 40 minutes for the train to move out the way.
