Fedex Printing center on Sepulveda Blvd in Van Nuys its one of the best locations in Costumer Service attention. The staff is super attentive and knowledgeable.
They greet you at your arrival and help costumer every step of the way.
Today I had a challenge on my printing needs quite challenging situation. The manager ZOE stopped ( eventhough she had a lot of work) her current duty to assist me , walk me through and then the assigned another FedEx assistant GINA to be by my side making sure , I got all my work done successfully . Both of them are very knowledgeable, great positive energy,
Efficient and so welcoming.
The printer center was super clean, organized and the staff in general are super friendly and professional.
The best location, highly recommend this FedEx center.

This place is SO HELPFUL. They were incredibly kind and helped me through three different prints. First my image was pixilated. Then it was too large. Then I picked the wrong paper. But Leslie and Zoey helped me get things sorted. Then when I picked my order up and Scott was super friendly. Anywhere else would have just printed the first image without asking me. But these folks made sure I got what I needed. Will totally be going again!

DO NOT SHIP TO THIS BRANCH! Recently shipped a long box that was just supposed to be a regular drop off with a label already paid then whoever the girl was at the counter had the nerve to say the box wasn't acceptable for shipping just because it had a slight bulge even though the box was already properly taped and secured. So she charged me to buy another one of their boxes for extra charge. I've shipped many times here before and even with the post office and UPS and they always accepted any shape/form of boxes no matter the condition. Never going to ship to this branch or even consider FedEx anymore!

Customer service here is horrible. Their employees talked to you like they’re not getting pay to help. Looks like their manager hates his job as well. First time I have a bad experience at a FedEx location.

I have never had a problem at this store until today. I needed to fax a very important paper to Kaiser. First the machine was not working correctly, when I asked for help all I got was someone will be right with you. A manager stuck his head out of his office and someone was signing on to a register. The manager should have taken charge and instead sticking his nose out of the office he should have walked out of his and directed his staff so customers who were waiting that needed help with the copier machines and people who waiting at the other counters would get help.
Stay away. Go somewhere else.

This is the first time I am writing a review about this particular FedEx location. I am so thankful and suprised how good the customer service of ZOE represents. She was pretty patient with me and my wife as we were sending a lot of stuff to our family member in Hawaii. She packaged our stuff herself into 4 different boxes and helped us nicely and professionally. She is kind and so professional in helping us and she is indeed a great good example of an outstanding employee that represents FEDEX in high utmost level standard of how customer service should be. Thanks ZOE for your kindness and professionalism.

Came to this store cause I had to ship an electric scooter which I’ve done before and they’ve accepted it. Same guy that took it was there and was like sorry we can’t accept and sends me to another location. Oh wait they told me the same thing at the other store. THANKS ALOT STEVE for saying they were gonna take it when they didn’t I just wasted gas for no reason just for me to be denied. Thanks Steve

This has been and is my office away from my office. Used their computers, printer, faxes, etc. Everything works fine and Scott and, staff helpful, courteous and professional. Love this place!Thank you FedEx Kinkos for being there!!!
