Had to take care of a recall on my 458. This location was conveniently located. They scheduled me in checked my car in immediately . Provided Uber back home, and the car was done in a timely manner and came back to me washed.

If you need to service your Ferrari, go elsewhere. We wanted to give this location a chance but it's not worth your time or effort. They have some of the worst customer service. It took about a week to receive a response. When they did answer, they weren't friendly. The amount they were charging was thousands more than other local Ferrari dealers. If you own a Ferrari, than you're well aware of the price range things should cost. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.

We purchased our Ferrari 488 GTB from Florida and had it imported to LA. The process was simple, quick and efficient. Emanuelle received the vehicle, helped us with all of our questions and it was truly one of the easiest processes we've been through while purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend.

Went over for a service, I appreciate those that take their precautions during covid-19 times. However, makes me not want to return given a lot of their staff and even management doesn't care to wear masks. I don't know that I feel comfortable with anyone getting inside my car, let alone work on my car without taking proper precautions. Just speaks how little this company cares for their customers AND employees, even with the very few that do wear their masks. Ferrari should have a much higher standard of health safety and implement what most essential businesses are doing. I went with my friend to Toyota to get his new car and they had a much better system to prevent covid-19. TOYOTA!! And Ferrari can't afford to keep their customers safe nor their very own staff. Things are only getting worse and this is the reason why, not everyone follows proper protocol to prevent the virus from spreading.

If you live outside of Los Angeles and plan to get service in Los Angeles do not count on timely pick up of your car. I am now in my third week of waiting for the car to get picked up for service having been promised each week that it would be picked up on a particular day. In light of that, I would not buy a Ferrari from this dealership unless you actually live nearby.

I usually don't leave reviews, but the customer service I received at Ferrari Los Angeles Service (in the parts department) from Josh Gonzales was outstanding. He called back as he said he would, and answered all my questions with high skills and great knowledge. His skills, knowledge, and personality amazes me. The world would be different if other companies provided service like this! With my experience, I highly reccomed everyone to Ferrari Los Angeles Service!
