I will never lease or purchase a vehicle from this location again. After having two different electric fiat 500’s, and over a year since I returned my last one, I am still dealing with their incompetence in paperwork and lack of customer service.The staff was unbelievably rude, and unhelpful. Not to mention my car completely died in the middle of the 405 freeway ahead of the 101 interchange going north.Stay far far away and only shop here at your own risk.

SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS!!!! I guess that's why they call it the scammership. I have been dealing with this dealership since I got my car back in 2018. I moved back this year and the diagnostic fee went up from I believe $120 or $150 to $239? What the heck. That is ridiculous. That was the least of my worries. When I got there she told me it would be this fee for diagnostic. I even asked, did it go up? She said yes and I knew the cost to fix my cars brakes pads would be around that amount so I agreed. Firstly; when I called I had asked for them to give me a quote on my brakes. She told me of this diagnostic fee and I agreed. She told me they would do a full point inspection and so I asked "will you check the back seat because it won't go down", and she said "yes, we are going to do a full inspection". When she called me she told me the brake pads would cost $340. She proceeded to quote me thousands, literally thousands of dollars on several other issues I did not even ask about, and almost $900 to fix the seat. I told her that I was really low on money and the only thing I could afford to fix was the brake pads. She again said "it's going to be $340". TOTAL. I agreed to this amount. When I got into the dealership it cost almost a whopping $600. She told me "oh well you had multiple diagnostic fees because you asked us to check the seat". $240 extra for you to put my seat down? Outrageous! I also didn't agree to paying for multiple inspections just the one! I told her that over the phone she said it was going to be "$340" and that is what I was expecting to pay. She even told me it was her fault for miscommunicating but that because I did not "check with her" that I was obligated to pay that fee. I tried to reason with her to explain that she wildly violated our terms of agreement and she looked around to her co workers to make it seem like I was the problem and that I was getting upset for no reason. I was incredibly embarrassed and not able to fully communicate my concern. I had to put it on a credit card. All because she probably wanted to make her quota. In the past I have dealt with this same woman, who put the wrong light in my headlight. I had called then too to try to get them to fix it and she not only avoided my calls but would not return them. I did not want to go to a place I did not trust with my car for the brakes and now I completely do NOT trust this fiat location. Scamming people out of money! Not that anyone cares but I threw almost $600 to them because of this employees "miscommunication". BULLSH%T! She knew what she was doing. Not to mention her telling me they were doing a "full point inspection" at no cost to me, I should not have been charged this extra diagnostic fee. Disgusting! There is a special place for people like this in hell. I will be requesting to speak to an owner or supervisor and will come back to either put her name in this review or update it provided they address the issue.

Keeps my car aligned and on the road. Customer service is on point. Yohana is my go to! Would consider getting another car model or other they handle.

Had a good experience here. Yes they pre-add tracking GPS, nitrogen air, and seat protector. But this seems to be sop at all area dealers. You can get out of that. They are tough negotiators, but I feel I got a fair price. And they were cool about everything and I never felt disrespected.Just do your homework, know what you're getting, what is worth, and what price you're willing to pay.

The worst dealer of Los Angeles. The customer service is so unprofessional they don’t care about anything after you buy a car from them. I called about a vehicle that I bought 3 months ago and I asked them about my registration. They hung up on me without even saying anything. If you are looking for better customer service I would suggest you look for another dealer.

Just bought my brand new car earlier today and WOW I couldn't be any more happier. Came in not looking to make any serious purchases just browsing around in the parking lot till I was approached by Jose who was so wonderful and took his time with me answering all of my questions.. After awhile we went inside got some numbers and he was able to work out a great deal for me! I am one happy customer highly recommend calling and asking for Jose for all your car needs you will not be disappointed. :)

I came in to see what a Fiat 124 leases for but the salesperson told me the 124's have been discontinued. I saw a beautiful sedan on the lot and asked about it. 2 hours later I left with an Alfa Romeo!

So my experience was very good with the purchase/sales and excellent with service. The final agreed upon Price was very reasonable. F/I went very well. My sales rep was enthusiastic and not pushy and owned an Alfa. When they could only locate one key after the deal was closed they ordered me an additional key. They noticed a cable had come undone and fixed it the next day. My only complaint was the CPO wheels were unbalanced but they fixed it and get me an Alfa rental while they did. I suspected that the service dept would be excellent and it is. This is reassuring because I expect to be visiting them from time to time. Their CPO inventory is better than any other dealer in the USA.

Jackie was my service advisor she is the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with, she made sure everything was handled from beginning to end and got me on my way after my car was serviced.
