Came in because my vehicle had a sluggish start. I tested it at Autozone first and they said it was a bad battery. Firestone confirmed this but also noted the starter wasn’t fully operational. They resolved both issues, kind enough to work out a Lyft ride situation for me and off set the cost in my bill because I came late and they were closing. When I returned the next day the work was finished in four hours and the difference in my vehicles start is very apparent. I’ve been a Firestone customer for years and I feel confident in the service they provide. They even took time to patiently answer Addtiobal questions I had about the service and figure issues I was concerned over. All in all they have met a standard I expect.

I had an appointment at 10 am to get a simple oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early and stood there while the only person in the lobby had an 15 minute conversation with another customer without even acknowledging I was standing there. As soon as 2 other people walked in, suddenly 2 other associates appeared. I checked in and was told it would be about an hour and an half wait. I finally left after 2 hours of waiting. No updates, no apologies. I was handed back my key without a word. Do not go here.

Update: i received a phone call from Vince the manager. I received a heart felt apology and he took 100% accountability for the service i received that took place yesterday 6/9/25. I want to give my many thanks to those who reached out from the company who took the time to listen to my concerns and because of that the issue was resolved. I now can say i feel relieved. I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars for now. I hope to come back in the future to provide a much higher review.
Wish i could say my experience was good but unfortunately it was not. Took my car in for an oil leak/oil change, just to experience a “miscommunication” between mechanic and the boss. Went from one telling me there is no oil leak so i paid for the oil change to then getting in my car with the check engine oil light still on. One of the employees went on to say that the light is on because there’s a MAJOR oil leak 😑. I of course got upset because that was the whole point and reason of me bringing in the car early morning, only for them to not fix the issue but still did the oil change?? Did not fix the issue because it would take all day according to the employee. Needless to say there was no solution but still came out of poket to pay $130 for oil change.

I love this place. They had excellent service.Christian made my day store was clean, neat and order. I was offered water soda or coffee during my waiting. Period.

This sore has a very bad and unprofessional customer service. As a client of firestone with a flat tire issue, she didn't even take my car 30 min before 5. She said I have to be out at 5. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone! The staff (Natalie) were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. They provided a thorough explanation of the issues with my vehicle and offered clear and reasonable options for repair and inspection. The work was done efficiently, and my car is running better than ever. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Firestone for their top-notch service and customer care. I'll definitely be returning for any future auto needs.
