Galpin was fantastic in helping me purchase an Aston Martin for my wife. The process was easy and Jeremy and Moe helped arrange a wonderful surprise unveiling at the dealership that we will never forget. Galpin and the Galpin team are the best! Highly recommend them.

AVOID They appreciate good reviews....they don't appreciate and avoid customers that express issues whether expressed in writing to them or on the phone....The leasing experience with Galpin Aston Martin was a good experience. The service experience was terrible. A problem persisted with the car that required replacement parts specifically the entire dashboard leather panels were detaching for the dashboard and bending in different directions revealing what was beneath the leather, it required 3 leather panels....the excuses ranged from they are on order and delayed to we received 2 of the 3 panels to we received the 3rd panel but its incorrect ...this took up to most of a year of delays excuses until finally they could not offer an eta of the correct 3 panels as of August 22 and my lease term was until February 23. They could not offer any date between August 22 and February 23 This was a manufacturer problem but Galpin represents the manufacturer. A year of this issue and I was the one always having to followup. This does not meet the expectation when leasing a luxury vehicle. Should one be driving a car for this period of time with this issue paying a monthly luxury car payment??? I demanded to turn the vehicle in early ending the lease no penalty and no additional payments....My complaint was deferred Janice Bird she is more concerned with leasing cars than addressing a problem or communicating the issue and resolution to the proper party. She clearly did not listen or comprehend the issue and my dissatisfaction. She is unprofessional, does not return phone calls or emails, and my complaints about this fell on deaf ears of others. Not one person involved in Galpin management or ownership addressed the issue of the car, no one even got involved with Aston Martin for immediate resolution of the parts issue. They also failed to address the issues that ensued when I turned the car in several months early. Their job was done. Literally not a phone call or an email from anyone, but Janice Bird. That was their idea of a response and resolution. As a two time Aston Martin owner i have had a great experience with another LA Aston Martin dealer.Do your research there are more competent, responsive and caring dealers in terms of management and owners.I have had many cars and never experienced such a hands off management in dealing with an issue. The only person I had making an effort was Gary Kessler, but he was not in a decision making role, he communicated my concerns to others but no one took the time or initiative to followup with me directly. They care about selling and leasing cars thats it....from my experience they behave as if thats where their "responsibility" ends....if you have an issue with your car that is not easily rectified with unreasonable delays... and are an unhappy customer in how the matter is handled its all down hill from there....the best companies have issues, its how they resolve those issues that make them among the best....if you choose Galpin and have an issue of any kind that requires pro active management or ownership...good luck...After the parts department informed me after almost a year they are unable to give me a date they expect the replacement panels With all the red flags of this problem with service department and my complaints not one person in management or ownership contacted me on this matter not even after my email.....Driving a car in this condition while paying my lease payments with no followup from management before, during and after all that transpired.....it never went beyond the service department, and a handoff to Janet Bird who clearly never informed or discussed with management or proper party.....INEXCUSABLE AND PATHETIC !!!

It's been 3 weeks that I've been calling the Aston Martin service department. I've called many many times and left many voicemails. Still haven't been able to talk to anyone.

My experience in Galpin Aston Martin was excellent. I worked with Moe. You definitely want to ask for him. He’s very nice and knowledgeable and helpful. Before, during and after the sale. A very cool aspect to this dealership is that they have a James Bond vault with a beautiful lounge and of course many Aston Martin cars to choose from. I love my car. How can you not love an Aston Martin! Again, the qualities of staff at the Galpin Aston Martin was significantly great. Moe is the best. So is the sales manager and the other staff. Very very nice people.

I had one of the best car buying experiences with Moe Hosseini for my new Aston Martin Vantage Roadster! It was a great pleasure to work with Moe who listened to what I wanted and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He made me feel like family and treated me like VIP. Thank you Moe for a great car and amazing service!

I bought an Aston Martin a month back and the Galpin team was friendly, accommodating, and it was a pleasure to work with them. Arnold in particular helped me out and he was phenomenal. Very professional and helpful to me in my purchase of my dream car. I would recommend anyone in the market to go see Arnold and his team.

STAY AWAY FROM HARMS WAY Gaplin Aston Martin, go elsewhere! Purchased 2021 Aston Martin Vantage $200k June 29th 2021 two days later experienced laundry list problems. Contacted sales guy, Moe in turn called and did his best to have Jeremy, GM UNWIND deal. Jeremy never called to discuss my issues instead used awesome employee Moe to be his flunky relay messages to me. First off, leaders always address problems immediately with customers transaction wasn't $25k... I have intense paper trail pleading with Moe have Jeremy call. Jeremy made false promises never called. Inquired owner of dealerships name, email, phone... they all avoided request which admits fault. What I wanted unwind deal, refund $5k two days after purchase and Jeremy said couldn't return vehicle. Effective Aug 12th Mike, VP/CFO said he can UNWIND deal, apply $5k to another vehicle of choice. September 3rd, 2021 picked out (crappy 2021 Jaguar F Pace SVR) with inflated price $10k over MSRP. Moe salesperson and I discussed GALPIN Should Remove Inflated price due to extreme issues with Vantage, circumstances, wait times, lack leadership feedback and capability. Saturday, Mike VP said he wasn't going to remove $10k as matter of fact new car note from GALPIN $1871, 3 year lease, 15k annual miles and take $5k apply to new deal. I am very upset, it like somebody slapped me in face! Here's the kicker, Jeremy discounted Aston Martin nearly $13k in market shortage. Mike was nasty said, NO I can't remove mark up or give you discount or let you out deal! Wow wow wow...!! Labor Day, Yesterday Sept 6th emailed Mike asking & pleading accept competitor's price and one more quote received which is significant difference "SEE ATTACHMENTS" GALPIN want to charge a return, upset customer inflated price of $1815-1871 and another reputable Jaguar dealership provided $1616.91 monthly car note. Second quote came in from Northern California $1660. Guys, all I want GALPIN OWNER BEAU TO DO, refund $5k, as promised UNWIND DEAL for damage control and ethical reasons owning up to horrific ordeal. Unwinding deals are easy! Why would they want to keep tied to their dealership? I won't no parts in mischief, I WANT $5k and come get Vantage! Its sad I have to take to YELP and all social media platforms to publicly inform customers but moreover, address my issues at hand. On top of all, Beau's assistant called this morning (September 7th) Tiffany to make matters more intense and unsettling! She need follow instructions, schedule the owner and I for face-to-face conference. The dealership are racist, liars, combative, prone number game jokesters and unprofessional blood leaches. Do not give GALPIN your business there are a ton of great ethical dealerships in both SoCal and NorCal. Ooohhh by the way, Jeremy has a reputation on here clearing up his faults customers are not lying including me. I value my time, money, and reputation. See attachments YELPERS.

Live in San Diego so have to commute 2 hours to Galpin but they have a great selection of Astons. Bought a 2015 DB9 Volante from Justin the other month. It was a great initial experience. I got a really good price. The process was professional and seamless. Flash forward to this week, was going to purchase another vehicle, this time a Vantage V8 manual! It was pure heaven. Worked with Ivan this time. Put down a deposit but had to pull out. Price went up but cool because I was working on another deal for a 458 Italia. Justin said they would honor original price so I immediately declined Ferrari. I'm more of an Aston man anyway and the manual transmission was enthralling. Was really excited to come up that same day for pick up but they came back with wanting more money from me after having agreed to original price. I felt confused and upset because I would not have reneged on 458 had I known I would pay higher price for Aston. Then they came back with new offers, splitting the difference and then now today original price. Sorry no thanks. Not used to this level of incompetency and hard selling. Will probably not do business with Galpin Aston again. I wouldn't dissuade anyone from buying from Galpin as I'm sure there are really great transactions happening every day but I couldn't really recommend them either after this. This was pretty egregious. I'd like to recommend Tim Shelton at Newport Beach Aston, the best guy and Gary from Aston San Diego.

Thank you Vincent for all the good work and attention that you extent to us. We love our new Vantage! Also, always thankful to Carlos in service department for all his work and always a great attitude. Aston Martin and Jaguar are amazing brands, but better than those are the people at Galpin. Looking forward to visiting you in your new showroom!

So incredibly happy with the experience we had purchasing our new Aston Martin here. John Diggs was our sales associate and he was one of the best sales guys we have ever dealt with. Down to earth, so nice & had a great attitude/demeanor. Also, the brand manager Ivan was so cool. We ended up talking to him a lot & learning so many interesting facts about the brand we didn't know. They actually put our new car inside the "vault" and gave us the true grand reveal. It was special and such a nice touch for my husband & I. Usually going to a dealership to purchase a new car can be a bit cringeworthy. But not here. We were in no rush to leave because the overall vibe & experience was really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Galpin Aston. We absolutely love our car & will return to them in the future for other luxury car purchases.

My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle to replace our Porsche 911 GT3. After looking at a number of options, we decided that the best fit for our overall needs and lifestyle was the Aston Martin Vantage. I reached out to Galpin by email to inquire about a few models they had in their inventory and within minutes I received a call from John Diggs who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. My workdays are pretty hectic and it's difficult for me to get away but John took care of everything by phone, text, and email so we didn't have to spend extra hours in the dealership. John was also very willing to work with us on our trade and get me the appropriate value for the GT3. Once we received our approval, my wife and I went to the dealership the next day. John greeted us with Starbucks (yes, they have a Starbucks in their dealership) and we proceeded to finalize the deal which went very smoothly. I have purchased a decent number of vehicles and in almost every instance, my number one goal is to get in and out of the dealership as fast as possible. My experience at Galpin was probably the first time I wasn't in a rush to get out of the door. John and Ivan were both extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and most importantly... they had a passion for cars and the brands they represented. You may assume that is always the case with high-end luxury brands but I can assure you that it is not... I can't tell you how many vehicles I've purchased where the SA not only didn't have a good general knowledge of similar cars/brands, but they weren't even knowledgeable about the vehicle they were selling me... Both John and Ivan had an overwhelming amount of knowledge about Aston as well as other brands and I left the dealer with a lot of new information and appreciation for Aston. After signing all the paperwork John and Ivan gave us the tour of "Club Aston" and took us into the "Vault" to reveal our new Vantage. The whole experience was really special and something we will remember and likely compare all of our future car purchases to. Oh and most importantly, the Vantage is absolutely stunning and was in perfect condition (no paint or detailing issues). Again, collection condition may be something you expect to be perfect but I can tell you from experience that there are usually issues that get past PDI (*cough* *cough*... Porsche). We have only spent a few days with the new Vantage but so far we absolutely love it. Compared to the GT3, the Vantage is simply more fun on normal Los Angeles roads, more comfortable and the build materials are superior. It's honestly hard to believe the MSRP of the Vantage we purchased & GT3 we traded in was nearly the same. The Vantage just looks and feels more expensive. If you are in the market for a new Aston, I highly recommend contacting John Diggs at Galpin.
