My wife and I recently went shopping for a new SUV, and thankfully we met Nick Kalaydjian at the showroom. We were debating between various Jaguar SUVs, and he was incredibly professional, knowledgable, friendly and helpful throughout the process. He did not pressure us at all, and really took the time to understand our needs and the fact that we were under a time constraint that day. He made our lease process very easy and efficient. And we were able to arrange delivery of our vehicle to our house since we live close by. If you want an honest, straightforward and kind person to work with, look for Nick!

I recently purchased a Jaguar EX and I truly enjoy it. My sales consultant was Vincent and he was excellent. Two thumbs up !! However, I cant say the same thing about Rick in the finance department. I sold Galpin my car as a trade in and I was told I should receive my check in 5-10 business days and It's now been over a month. I was able to catch Rick on the phone approximately 2 weeks ago and he informed me that I did not receive my check yet do to an error in the documents he submitted to their office. The issue was corrected a little over 2 weeks ago and I have been reaching out to Rick and I have yet to hear back from him after leaving multiple messages. Rick Nasser is very good at ducking & dodging phone calls. I'M STILL WAITING !!! If not for this experience I'm currently going through, I would have definitely given Galpin 5 stars.

I recently went in to have my car maintenance and was wonderfully greeted by Willie Darwich, who did not make me feel like I was intruding on his schedule/time, as I inquire on a potential new vehicle lease. I have to state this for sure; Willie Darwich is more than a car salesman; he's a true gem in the industry. His ability to treat customers like family sets him apart. Willie went above and beyond, providing an honorable and personalized service that exceeded my expectations. His dedication to meeting client needs is commendable. If you're looking for an exceptional car-buying experience, Willie Darwich is the person to see. Five stars for his outstanding service!

Terrible Dealer sold me a tesla that had over 20,000$ worth of repairs needed. Next day after purchase found out the whole Steering rack was broken, also after being told the tires were in good shape all 4 Tires blew within a month! Be careful with buying a used car from this dealership. They are good at fronting a broken car, wether they know it’s broken or not they’ve shown me they’re not trusted. I bought this Car APRIL 28th AND IT STARTED BREAKING ON MAY 3rd Here are some screenshots Again this is just a warning for people buying used cars from this dealership!

Complete waste of time...I will never go back to Galpin and deal with incompetent people. Robert in service is a liar and definitely someone I would hesitate to work with. Made an appointment over a month ago, told them I need a loaner because I live 30 miles away. Get there and he tells me no loaners are available at 9am! He told me to get in before 10 and there wouldn't be an issue. No car, won't help, acts as if it's my fault. Worst customer service I've had in decades, not sure how this guy still has a job. Absolutely wasted nearly 3 hours of my morning for nothing. This place obviously doesn't care about their customers, I left a message for the Service Manager Vic, no response, no callback, nothing at all, avoid this service department at all cost, it's worth saving yourself a headache to go to any other Jaguar dealership.

Dropped off my Jaguar XJ for annual service and was returned with broken driver visor and broken visor clip. I informed my service advisor who insinuated I did it. I informed him that was not the way I had dropped off the car and took pictures prior to taking the car home, he offered to replace the part, but only ordered the clip. The visor retails $700+ and now I am expected to pay out of pocket for something that was done during their time. As seen on the pictures car was still at the dealerAddendum: Neda please do not tell me what I experienced or not, you were not there. I have the text messages from the day I picked up the car and if you are interested in more details please answer your phone. This is unacceptable for you and the service advisor to continue insinuating that I am lying. I did not leave the car like this and it is unfair for the expectation to be for me to pay out of pocket something I did not do.

I am thrilled that we purchased our Jaguar at Galpin. Our service advisor, Robert Sardariani, treated us like we were one of the owners there. We drive forty miles to have our car serviced at Galpin, and we have never been disappointed with the quality and the care of our car.

This was my first time going to Galpin, it has the largest inventory of any dealership I've been to over the decades. They are also the first dealer I went to that took care of transferring my personalized license plates! (Saved me the trouble of going to DMV (or AAA) after waiting for regular plates arrive, then filling out the transfer forms to put my personal plates on the car. With Galpin taking care of it, in just 2 weeks I got the registration with my personal plates already assigned to the new car! That was so easy, other dealers never had a clue what to do about personal plates!) The service is great, never felt rushed, it's also the first time I was allowed in the "secret" room where the salesman usually goes back and forth to talk to the "mystery" manager to negotiate what kind of deal is possible, but I could speak directly to the manger, so it was more open. Galpin was a bit of a distance from me and that's why I hesitated to go there in the first place, so I'd still go to my local dealer for oil change service etc, but I would definitely go first to Galpin to lease (or buy) our next car! 5 stars all the way!
