I recently bought a Mazda CX-3 from Rene and I am blown away by his service. Not only was he kind but he was upfront and honest through the whole experience (which is very refreshing) I didn’t have to guess or play games. He stayed late and even made sure I didn’t drive off with the wrong car (they washed a similar car with the wrong interior - everything worked out in the end). He even made sure I came back a week later to get another car detail because it was raining the night I bought it! If you go to this dealership, Rene is the one to ask for! I’ll be sure o let my family know who to come to as well!

I had a mazda cx-9, 2018. 2 things I hate about Galpin. 1. when I got my lease they ripped me off, I was stupid to take the price they gave me. I totaled that car and got another from a different mazda dealership. My model car has a huge issue with coolant leaking into the cylinder head, I did not know this until it happened to me. So much so Mazda offered it being fixed up to 120k miles. At a little over 118k miles I had a coolant leak. After a friend told me the issues about this model I asked them to check this. They told me I had a coolant leak but it affected the erg not the cylinder head. They also told me I needed a new engine. None of this was covered. I went to get a second opinion at Valencia Mazda and they confirmed the coolant leak which did not affect the erg but the cylinder head. They fixed it for free and told me my engine was fine. Since galpin told me my engine needed replacement I bought a new car. After my second opinion and fixed my car I had to sell it as I already bought a car. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy a car from galpin or use their service for your mazda.

I bought a Mazda C-30 back in March 2025. Original I wrote a really good review for Farzad Sharif and this dealership. I can’t say I had a horrible experience because it felt easy, but afterwards here’s what I felt wronged on and will report. 1. They ran my credit with multiple creditors when I didn’t ask for it or needed it as I walked in with a pre-approved loan. 2. I tried to negotiate certain fees like registration and title which was denied only to receive a bill for a full registration payment that they said they had to paid for. I took a picture of the initial offer, but Farzad made me aware that they only charged me $23 for the transfer because mine registration was valid still. Of course after I mentioned it he said well you signed the contract. Sent him a photo of what I reviewed and he never responded.
3. Other things I wish I would’ve paid attention to, but purchased the car at night so didn’t notice. Back window being scratched up from windshield wiper, no cover in the trunk, and needed a new key for the car.

I recently brought our Mazda CX-3 in for a service to replace some cracks in the infosystem, and once again, I had a great experience. Ernie assisted me throughout the process—he was professional, clear, and helpful every step of the way. Everything went smoothly, and the service was completed without any issues.
I’ve been taking my Mazda to this location for years because they consistently do great work. The mechanics are knowledgeable and reliable, and they always treat my vehicle with care. The CX-3 is now 9 years old and still running strong thanks to their excellent maintenance and attention to detail. Highly recommend this service center to any Mazda owner!

Guillermo is a dishonest salesman.
I came in looking for a 2026 CX50 that I saw was available online. He told me none were available, they’d only come in about 5 months time, and only 2025 were available.
After test driving and talking numbers and seeing I wasn’t keen on the 2025, the manager came and made a BS story about how they actually had a 2026 model in stock.
Guillermo said if I wasn’t happy with the price I could give a counter, but later said his original price is his best price. They were clearly pushing to clear 2025 models by being dishonest and treating their customers like they have the intellectual capacity of a child. This place left a bad taste in my mouth about Mazda in general.

Had a service app at 8 am and my service writer showed up at 8:50 and not that she wasn't appologizing ,she was rude and mean and treat me like i was getting free service.i paid 600 for key replacement which is undrestandable,but waiting long for her to show up and being mean is beyond me
