I went to the location at the mall nearby and was turned away on my warranty for my controller. I went to this GameStop and the gal working there was happy to give me exactly what I was looking for. Will be using this location.

The staff is great. We went in for our pre-order and had a funny conversation with the staff. Got the pro membership and left happy!
