I’ve been a GameStop customer for years, and The Plant is my favorite location. Both Anthony and Felix were knowledgeable, friendly, and it felt like they really had my back. I’ve switched this location as my default even though it’s a little farther than my closest. Would recommend!

Extremely rude staff, especially the short brown haired chick with glasses. She's only confident enought to be rude to customers of color, I wonde why. I have no idea how she even got hired. On top of that they frequently change their minds on how to run events. Poorly organized, poorly managed, extremely rude.

Great experience here, was able to come later in the day and assisted by Felix to get some destined rivals, I was so surprised they had some! I got a booster bundles and some cool singles that they were selling for a dollar.
I was unsure because of the reviews but i decided to come anyway and asked the staff about the situation when i got there....To everyone complaining about tcg launches, you guys are not being fair to the staff!!! They told me they have ZERO say in what happens outside of their store because it becomes a safety issue and it makes sense to me, just be there earlier and you can get your cards or try later. At the end of the day you guys are trying to scalp and getting mad scalpers are beating you to it so leave the hardworking employees out of it maybe. It isn't the end of the world if you can't get anything, this location does weekly drops so there's plenty of chances! I will be here next week for the next drop. Thanks!!

I am writing to formally express my frustration with an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store. I had been patiently waiting in line for the Prismatic Evolution Super Premium Edition collection—a highly anticipated product with only 15 units available. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by disruptive behavior that not only altered the established order but also resulted in me losing my chance to secure the item.
While I was in line, I witnessed a couple blatantly cut ahead of those who had been waiting. The man was notably skinny, and the woman sported blue hair. Both of them aggressively claimed they were first, intimidating fellow customers and harassing them with irrelevant remarks throughout the wait. Their behavior completely disrupted the normal queuing process, and because of their actions, I found that my original position as the 7th person in line was compromised—I ended up as the 8th, which ultimately meant that the product sold out before I could purchase it.
Adding insult to injury, when I approached your employee, Felix, to report the matter and seek assistance, his response was unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than addressing the issue or offering any support, his attitude further exacerbated an already frustrating situation. On a small note of positivity, a Twitch streamer in line kindly offered to feed me, reminding me that there are still considerate people out there even in the midst of chaos. However, this act of kindness does little to resolve the underlying problems that significantly affected my shopping experience.
I respectfully request that you investigate this situation and take appropriate measures to ensure that orderly conduct is maintained in your store. It is essential that all customers are treated fairly, and that staff are adequately trained to handle instances of line cutting or intimidation. I hope you will address these issues promptly to prevent future occurrences and to restore trust among your customer base.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and to hearing about the steps you intend to take to resolve these issues.

Said it's supposed to be open 10:00 AM on Fridays but the employee was over 7 minutes late opening up. Not professional at all.

Literally worst customer service experience ever from any GameStop ever. I frequent here and they consistently bump other people in line ahead of me. Literally not even joking. Your management staff needs to teach your hourly workers how lines work. I guess that’s why they’re getting fifteen bucks an hour.

Everything was good, the prices were good, they just didn't have bags to give you the merchandise you bought. The cashier just said "sorry, we don't have bags" and gave me my sweater in my hands. I guess I was unlucky ?
