This is a franchise GNC folks and I learned this when trying to return an online item that the GNC return receipt said, I could return to Any GNC store. The Van Nuys GNC, would not take my return. They should not, then, be called a GNC store if they don’t follow the corporate rules. Customers should not have to suffer because franchise stores don’t accept the corporate rules? Wasted my time and gas money. I won’t shop here ever again and it’s in my neighborhood.

I like GNC products. I have been months without my vitamins and supplements. Best to get a membership card so that you can take advantage of discounts on products. I was here a few weeks ago visitng my mom and pop and i wanted to get some vitamins and supplements. They are expensive as hell, but i stiil have the money to purchase what i need. They suite me good. I will return again.

Went in and was looking for some supplements when AJ behind the counter saw what I was buying and suggested a alternative buy, that I would have never looked at. Even reminding me about my GNC rewards. I waited to post this review to see if the results were similar to the items I previously bought. Not only are they exactly what I was looking for as a pre workout boost but cheaper than the alternative I've always bought. New favorite GNC give AJ a raise!!!

This location engages in fraudulent business practices and refused to return an online order despite being legally required to according to the terms and conditions listed on GNC’s website. The guy working there plays d*** and treats you like a 2 year old and doesn’t want to do his job.

Was about to go in cuz I see they have four and a half stars but I decided to call first to make sure that they had an item in stock. My issue is with AJ he likes to play mind games I essentially spelled out the name of the item that I needed used terms on the bottle that's part of the name and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and said they don't have any products that I'm requesting even in the price range of the $75 that I specified. I know from a different employee that this is one of the most expensive items in this category. After I kept asking him you don't have this item are you sure three times he then decides to pronounce the name that I was having a hard time saying. And then said he didn't know what I was talking about then changed it to he couldn't hear me the phone was breaking up even though he repeated the phrase that I was saying to him. I will definitely not be coming here ever. And my advice to you guys is watch out for AJ he might f*** with your regimen for just sale purposes or personal gain or entertainment
