I had two machines for my real estate office quit recently and was calling Golden State to inquire what they have for sale. I was treated quite rudely by a female voiced individual answering the phones. She was obviously overwhelmed and unhappy. Why do people work in customer service if they don't like assisting people? I was potentially going to make a big purchase, but now I'll will look elsewhere.

Competent, honest, and Economical (not cheap... there is a difference) They also give good advice.

Golden State copier has great service. David is quick to respond to calls. Prices are reasonable. We've had our copier service by them over year 10. Thank you Golden State Copier

David is great at customer retention.. Always helps when I have a problem arise.. I call and he comes day of.. Cant be happier with the service! Very knowledgeable as well

These guys are terrible. They sold us a hunk of junk of a copier, telling us that it was a great machine. Their service contract has more exclusions than you can shake a stick at. We tried like mad to work things out, but finally had to get a different copier from a different company while we are still leasing this white elephant (which is now sitting in my storage unit, unusable). The lease is through a third party leasing equipment leasing company, so we can't blame them, so payments still have to be made.
