Sadly the worst thrift shop or goodwill I have been to in my many decades of buying second hand. Dusty, dirty, disorganized clothing sections (kids clothes not sorted by age or approximate size at all), shoe section an
absolute mess, along with housewares etc. it was impossible to look for anything, I just wanted to leave - an impulse I never have at a thrift shop. My brother also used the washroom and said it was “worse than the public restrooms at Venice beach”… which is saying a lot. I won’t be back.

This is my first time going there they have alot of great things. The store is big. I had gotten a lot of things to buy and i was about to pay at the registry. There is this cashier man that look mad with an attitude , and I ask him why he was mad and he told me because he was the only one charging at the registry. Is not my fault . If you don’t like your job then don’t work there simple as that why give people an attitude

The WORST goodwill. If you want BODY LICE on your clothing/shoes/hats/pillows/rugs etc. This place doesn't inspect the clothing they seemingly just hang up. GOODWILL MAKES A BILLION $$ a year profit! There is NO excuse why they can't thoroughly check the items they turn around and charge an arm & a leg for. It is one of the DIRTIEST Goodwill locations I have ever been too. And I've been thrifting since I was a child, I'm now 40 yrs old. GROSS GROSS GROSS. Who wants to go home & find BODY LICE?!The shoe department is also yucky. It looks like many a ppl go in, take off their shoes & leave theirs. Athlete's foot anyone?

As I am handicapped, I can only get to Donation center when I have a passenger in my car to take my donation bags inside from the trunk of my car..It was accomplished quickly and easily and my friend stated inside process was simple and folks were helpful. In and out within 10 minutes or so. Thank you!!

Clean and organized. Very nice items at Ross prices so might as well buy them new and unused, unless you're into vintage items with a history. Seriously, there are items at this location still being sold at regular retail stores for the same price or lower at a regular store. You have to pay for street parking.
