From the beginning till the end they took care to check on my order everyday even through supplier delays and kept me updated throughout the process. “Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jean. Very awesome and good guy. Made my transition into buying my very FIRST firearm(Glock 19 gen 3) smooth as hell. Just picked it up today Oct. 2, 2023. From the first day when I walked in on Friday Sept. 15 he made it very easy for me. Answered all my questions, etc..Had to wait 1 week for the gun to arrive at the store since they were out of stock. Went back to register under my name. Once again, very smooth process. Then waited exactly 10 days which is today and now I am home feeling secure, safer and will be able to sleep like a baby every night knowing I have some type of protection.He also gifted me a cleaning liquid for FREE !!!I recommend this place to any 1st time buyers. “Best range. Nice people attend, nice people manage it. They have rentals and ammo for sale but dont hassle you if you bring your own. Its very safe, the rangemaster is always watching and if anything goes wrong they immediately communicate with whomever needs to be reminded of the rules, or they come and fix whatever problem may occur. I would bring a first time shooter here for training, of any reasonable age. The absolute gold standard for ranges in Los Angeles. Highly recommend doing all your indoor shooting here”

The customer service was excellent, sure I had to wait 40 mins until my number was called but Jason was able to not only take my request but educate me about ammo types, best practices, etc.

“The name is Gun World for a very valid reason: it is loaded with all brands and styles.
I went there to buy a double barrel shotgun that three other nearby gun stores didn't stock, and an employee in one of the other stores hadn't even heard about the brand I was looking for. Here, they had three models, very reasonably priced.
The rest of the huge store is stocked with many accessories and parts.
Ammunition is stocked behind the counter. Employees were knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, and friendly.
There is plenty of street parking adjacent to the store.”

“Went there for the first time today, there was 2 younger guys working and they were pretty laid back, they Inspected my ammo which was fiocchi range fmj said I was good to go, gave them my id I filled out a card with name and address, they told me my lane and that was it super quick and easy, I seen a lot of bad reviews but my experience was good and I will be going back for sure.”
