Rented a car for 2 days from 6/3-6/4 one way from los angeles to las vegas for a set price of $156 and $200 deposit. After returning the car 6/4 at 11:30pm, with a full tank, in the same condition it was given. Today 6/5 I see my credit card was charged on 6/6 the $356 plus an additional $100 with no explanation as to why! The rental is closed and its damn near impossible to contact HQ. We'll see what these frauds tell me tomorrow. I'd probably just avoid this location if I were you save yourself the drama.

AVOID!!! I used to be a loyal customer coming back all the time, NEVER AGAIN! Hertz became a bunch of FRAUDS, charging cards days after return, with no explanation, and it’s impossible to get a hold of any customer service! I returned a car, was told everything looks great and got a receipt, waited there for my Uber for like 10 min and no one said anything else, only to find an additional charge on my bank statement the next day. SCAM! Besides that, they never have a car type you book and always make you upgrade. In other rentals if they don’t have a type you book, they update it complimentary. HARD NO. You lost a loyal customer, and I will be sharing my opinion generously

Avoid this branch by all means!! I have the same experience as another reviewer, where I returned my car and the agent told me everything is ok, so I left. Then in the afternoon, the branch manager sent an email saying I caused a scratch! If I made such obvious scratch, why nobody noticed it in the first place? Even worse, I got the bill for $3,000 for the repair!! You’re right, $3,000. When I checked the repair details, they basically repaired everything for the car, way more than the scratch mentioned earlier. They’re absolute cheating!!

Dropped off my rental no problem, had it checked, full gas tank, got a receipt with no issues. A day later have an additional charge from them! Why!?

Quanzell "Q" is the besy customer service ive had in a while, i felt comfortable and secure in the rental agreement i signed and he made sure i got the insurence i was so happy!

Due to problems I am having with my Chevy bolt, I have had to rent from this Hertz location on 4 separate occasions. They are great! At times they can be very busy but they do a good job being efficient and making sure they take care of everyone the right way. I personally recommend asking for Richard. And don’t forget to sign up online for your free hertz gold rewards account!

Came in this past weekend after needing a last minute rental. I was able to secure a Tesla at an exceptional rate and customer service was top notch. I have to shout out Rich who even applied my company rate and was able to send me on my way paying even less than I expected. The entire transition was smooth and I was even able to extend my rental at the same rate. It isn't my first time using this Hertz location but my review was long overdue and well deserved.
