If I could give zero stars or a negative value rating this company would earn it. I used the through the builder Lennar to install hardwood flooring and porcelain in our entire home. It was a very expensive job, about $42K. About 2 weeks after moving in I noticed that my wood floors were cupping. Holiday Carpet of course didn't take responsibility. They blamed my floor cleaner (Bona) which they recommended. They didn't take any responsibility. I maybe had cleaned the floors twice at that point so cleaning the floors with a recommended product had nothing to do with it. After Shaw, the flooring manufacturer hired a 3rd party flooring inspector it was determined that the issue was related to installation issues (acclamation and process). Holiday and Lennar still refuse to take responsibility because it is a big ticket item repair. They are forcing me to go through litigation which is going to take a lot money and time. The moral the story, don't use Holiday Carpet and never buy a Lennar home. Click on the link below for reviews and issues on Lennar homes. mylennarhome.com/lennar-…
