When it comes to big places (national services and locations) I always review the specific person that attended me. Sandra at this location was helpful, focused, and open. I was in and out within 40 minutes and I feel confident about the way she processes my taxes. I highly recommend Sandra if you just want to bring all your documents in, have her do all the heavy lifting, and then not worry about your taxes for a year. Please note that my tax situation is moderately simple, for those complex items out there I can not stake an opinion. Over all I like this location and the tax preparer Sandra.
