My tax preparer Larry at H&R Block is so knowledgable and accurate. He's the only good thing about tax season! I have been going to the same office for approximately 15 years to work with him specifically, even though I have moved away and it's a fairly long distance from my home. I like the H&R Block Peace of Mind guarantee. Their work and their guarantee really does give me peace of mind.

This is the worst H&R block location. DONT COME HERE.I HAD MY TAXES DONE BY MR. LAWRENCE AND HE PRETTY MUCH JUST HAD ME SIGN GIVING H&R BLOCK $400 TO DO MY TAXES BUT THEN I DIDNT EVEN GET ANYTHING FOR FEDERAL AND HE NEVER CAN RETURN MY CALLS OR TELL ME WHY. MY BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS COMING HERE.

I have used H & R Block for my 2021 & 2022 tax preparation. I am a procrastinator & always wait until the last minute to prepare to file my taxes!H & R Block was very helpful, the staff is very friendly, & my taxes were completed in less than a day!I’ll be back next year!Great service!Michelle M

Thought I'd share in hopes the DM can view and reply to me. I love this office but this season I had a terrible experience. I was able to get two names, missed 2 others. Ana and Luisa talked so loud in the office with customers sitting in the lobby clients in cubicles with tax preparers. They do not respect other customer's privacy. I might not look like I speak Spanish, but I understand every word. Asking other tax preparers for advice is not common courtesy to others in the office. I do not want to know someone's social or tax information about work. All clients should be treated with confidentiality. I really hope my personal information wasn't shared out loud in the office with customers inside. Totally disregarded H&R blocks policy. Hope next year I see a different turnaround.

I went to H&R Block for my tax return for the 3rd year in the row and I really enjoyed my service this year from Jeanneete Rosales She helped me through every hurdle and made sure I knew what was being taken out, given and why . I really couldn’t be happier with my service.

My Tax Preparer named Ana explained to me clearly what and why I owe. She offered advice to do this year for next year's Filing.I followed her advice last year and it helped for this year.
