Worst service we have ever had with our taxes. We have been transferred among 3 different preparers, extensions filed that we had to pay for, told to call office, noone answers or calls back. Horrible. You will never do our corporate or personal taxes again

I'm trying to reach you by phone and no answer. The voicemail says, Mailbox full. Then when you press directory by name, it says, "Hi how are you. Hi how are you. Hi how are you." Not helpful! I made a payment plan and wanted to confirm and authorize payment due today. I hope you do not run my card for the full amount in error! Please call me at home. NL.

I called them up for information about getting a car title loan. They answered all my questions over the phone and the best part about it was that we were able to complete most of the loan process without me leaving the house.
