Literally the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. The dealers lied about how much free charging I would receive during the first 3 months of having an electric vehicle. I'm experiencing a charging issue with my vehicle and they told me their next available appointment is in November. I literally can't charge my car and their solution was for me to tow the car there because there's no guarantee that they'll get to my car due to having other appointments. They gave me no other solution. Hyunda's service is trash and so are their electric vehicles.

Me and my wife decided to look at a used 2020 Santa Fe just after Labor day weekend. We were able to talk to Farid who we had bought a new Tuscan in 2017. Farid is absolutely the best salesman to talk to. He answers all your questions and if he doesn't know he will find out. Highly recommended if you should decide to purchase a Hyundai. Great prices and will work with you on getting the most for your car if you want a trade in. Will definitely buy another car from Keys Hyundai in the future!

Customer service is extremely bad. Oliver in the service department should be fired. Has a bad attitude and yells at customers unprovoked. Will not be returning here. I will take my chances at the mission hills location. It’s already bad enough for women to deal with dealerships but they make the environment unsafe and unwelcoming for guests.

Terrible place. Misdirect and bait and switch while trying to buy a vehicle. Will not give straight answers when trying to figure out a price and just keep adding on new charges while writing it on random scrap papers to confuse the buyer. The "salesman" we worked with, who I would recommend you avoid was Carlo. Total waste of time and will take our business elsewhere.

They add dealer add on costs that add up to thousands in addition to the sales price. They will not let you know about the added costs until you sit down to purchase the car. Non Transparent Sales Process.

This is the absolute worst, most scummy service department I have ever had the displeasure of going to. I called to schedule an appointment to replace one of my new tires, due a factory defect. I told them it was under warranty, and they said that was fine. I also needed to pick up a second keyfob, as I purchased my car during the shortage, and it was only delivered with one key. When we arrived, we were told the cost to replace the tire was $165, and if we wanted to go through warranty, it would take 48 hours, because the warranty center is closed on weekends. Annoying, but fine, we’ll try on a Monday. They assured us they had the second keyfob in stock, and that it would take three hours to program it. Seemed a long wait for a keyfob, but not that big of a deal. We waited the three hours, only to get a phone call that our car was ready, and they didn’t have the keyfob part after all.We waited three hours for literally nothing. Three hours wasted because they were too lazy to actually check and see if they had the one tiny thing that I needed. This service center is poorly run, and the technicians are lazy as can be. Go literally anywhere else.

DO NOT BUY/SELL A CAR HERE!My fiancé purchased a used car from this dealership in October 2022 and sold his old one to them.29 days later - the cars transmission DIED. Thankfully we were still in warranty- saving us 5k in repairs. In December we started receiving parking tickets from my fiancés old car, you know, THE ONE WE SOLD. We take full ownership that we did not remove old plates from the car but this was our first buying experience and hindsight is 20/20. It was still the dealerships responsibility to properly register the car in CA and under their name, which they never did.It is now July 2023, 9 months after we sold this vehicle to them, and we are still receiving parking tickets because whoever they sold this car to at auction decided to not register it themselves. After speaking with the GM of Keyes, they claim it is not their fault and we need to speak with the DMV - guess what - we have. They say its your fault...good luck Keyes - I will continue to tell everyone I know about your terrible business practices and scams. :)

I had a great experience! I was able to easily connect with someone over the phone and set up a time to come in. Akili, Faisal and Rosa were all very easy to work with and got me in and out fast. They answered all my questions and I got exactly what I was looking for. If you check out this dealership ask for their help!

Bought a gently used hybrid here in May.As a woman, I expect a certain level of attempted bamboozlement, and this place was par for the course. First, they wanted to charge me several hundred dollars for both an alarm and a special tire package where they're inflated with nitrogen.Uhhh, this was a USED car - did the previous owner not have an alarm? Oh yes, they said, but they allegedly uninstalled it and I was paying for a new alarm. Riiiiight.... The tires - $500 to inflate them with nitrogen. Really? So the tires would be uninflated and re-inflated with plain old O2 if I object? Next - registration, again - this is used car! They tried to tell me it would be $500 and change to register the car. NO, that would be for a new car, used cars only require a title transfer fee. Next, I learned that Hyundai (and I guess this is standard for them) doesn't honor the original manufacturer's (10year/100k mile) warranty if the car is purchased used even if it's under the age and mileage limits! You have to PAY for that privilege. The final straw was that my certified used car (that's supposed to mean they go over them with a fine tooth comb, right?) threw a coolant error on a road trip, during a heatwave, in the middle of nowhere on the I-5! I had to make an unscheduled stop in Tracy to talk to the service department to find out if this was a major issue - thankfully it was not, and the warning actually wasn't even valid. However, it turns out there's been a Technical Service Bulletin out for that very issue since August of last year, and it is now a full-fledged recall. You would think as part of the "certification" process before they offered the car for sale, they would check for things like Technical Service Bulletins - apparently they don't. The icing on the cake is that they don't have any "recall" service appointments for over a month. At least my car is okay to drive... for now.If you buy a used car from them, all I can say is make sure you look over the sales contract VERY carefully, and check for any service bulletins before you sign anything.

Love the ease of appointment online and the availability of appointment days and time. Oscar service advisor delivers the exceptional customer service. Despite being far from my home address. I will continue to visit these dealership. Thank you!

Our service manager was Extremely helpful in so many ways, helping me understand my maintenance plan and next coming visits, did a small under the hood check for fluids and tires check before a weekend trip. They also, gave us carpool to home while waiting for our recall to be completed while Keys construction was underway.

Their service staff is incredibly rude especially the woman I dealt with today. I bought a car a month and half ago from them and needed a routine maintenance and they told me they’d need to do a recall for it and keep it overnight. I asked if they could please charge it overnight as I didn’t anticipate it staying overnight and my job is 120 miles away and I needed charge to get to work the next day. I was told yes and when I noticed it wasn’t charging I reached out and got berated and told that I couldn’t afford a charging station and I was using the dealership as one which makes absolutely no sense since I just bought a 32,000 car from them and like I said didn’t anticipate it staying overnight. Their sales department is fine but absolutely RUN from their service. I will never take my car into them again.

I was paying cash to purchase my lease. I provided everything in advance and yet it took over over 2 1/2 hours. The communication was abysmal and they kept trying to sneak in other fees.It completely changed my perception of Hyundai and while I was enjoying my car- I can’t stand the thought of ever buying another one because they were bad!

Avoid the financial advisor Fred and the manager Eddie if you are a young woman. Fred will not bother to break down all the costs of what goes into what you're paying for. When I started doing math on my calculator, he was obviously annoyed I didn't just take his word for it. At the end of the meeting, he exclaimed "now I can finally take my lunch!" Way to make it obvious that you were rushing me through this entire thing.I went back with my father a few days later to go over the things that Fred rushed me through and that I still didn't understand. The manager Eddie met with us and initially spoke directly to me but after it was obvious I wasn't going to leave without going into detail about my lease buy out, he started ignoring me and only speaking to my dad directly. Literally talking over me speaking to him and continuing on with his BS explanation directly looking to my dad. Some things were cleared up and other things were still left very ambiguous. I had to call corporate when I got home for them to finally break down all of my costs to the exact penny for the math to finally add up correctly to what I was originally quoted.I believe because I am a young woman that these older men felt they didn’t need to explain everything to me. Maybe they felt I wasn’t worth the time or just couldn’t comprehend it. Regardless, I will never give my business to this dealership again after the way I was treated.

Omar was awesome like always. There is a lot of talk on the internet about how bad Hyundai dealerships are, but I have been nothing but happy with Keyes Hyundai. They have been helpful and easy to work with. I told them about a sound I was hearing, and they confirmed a fixed it free of charge. I will continue to refer people.
