I called the dealer directly and Jason took my call. Right away he was on it and ensured we aligned before coming in. He took great care of me and was a pro ensuring we were happy. Management also complemented the process. Thank you Jason and the team at Keys Van Nuys for getting us the car we’ve been looking for.

This dealership engages in dishonest business practice and lacks genuine customer service. I went there to purchase a Lexus, and after specifying exactly what I wanted, they gave me a spec sheet with the MSRP.
When I showed them lower prices paid by others, they agreed to a price just a few hundred dollars higher.
The sales rep (Kevin) kept going back and forth between me and the manager (Jimmy), telling me I had to pay only $200 for shipping since the car was over100 miles away.
They made me wait for four hours, which seemed like a deliberate tactic to frustrate me into agreeing to their terms.
When I was finally expecting the paperwork with the agreed price, the manager showed up with a new sheet that included bogus charges for options like nitrogen gas-filled tires and an extended battery warranty adding over $600. On top of that, they lied about the shipping cost, raising it from $200 to $600, inflating the total cost by over $1,200. The manager had no intention of honoring the previous agreement and blatantly lied about his own discussions with the sales rep.
I had to listen to more bogus excuses and analogies that made no sense, wasting even more of my time. To top it off, the manager reacted rudely when I accidentally touched his jacket during the conversation. This entire experience was filled with lies and deception, and I deeply regret wasting more than four hours of my precious time at this dealership.
Fortunately, the next day, I purchased the same car that they claimed was hard to get from San Diego Lexus for $1,415 less in less than one hour! Above all, I was treated first class with professionalism and respect.
I would never recommend Keys Lexus to anyone—Two thumbs down. Way down!👎👎

I had a great buying experience. The showroom was fantastic, and from the moment I reached out online, I felt a great balance between selling and understanding my needs. I spoke with Karo on the phone and agreed on the terms. I drove all the way from San Diego and was immediately greeted and taken care of by him. He made sure everything went smoothly, and I was so impressed that I’ll definitely buy from him again!

My partner contacted Keyes Lexus about a specific car, and after going back and forth for several days and agreeing on an OTD price for the desired vehicle… we set up an appointment to finalize the purchase. However when we arrived, we were initially told the vehicle in question was on its way to the dealership and wouldn’t arrive for an hour and a half, when we indicated we didn’t have an issue with that, they proceeded to run our credit because they told us we could get us better financing than our bank. Then, shortly after doing so, they came over and told us that our car would be here soon but if we were interested in looking at another vehicle with very similar specs that we could drive off now rather than wait the 1-2 hrs for the other vehicle to get here. It was a higher trim but comparable to the lower priced one we were there to get, just more expensive. We said no… that’s when they finally came clean and said the car we wanted had already sold and offered we look at other ones in the lot. We quickly recognized this was a bait and switch situation and walked away. This is why people don’t trust dealerships and from other people’s experiences here… it seems like common practice for them. This was an extremely frustrating situation, a hit on our credit and a waste of our time.

I had a great experience at the Lexus service center in Sherman Oaks. Moisés Bazán was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process, and Sam Santoso, who I’ve known for years. They provided outstanding customer service that keeps me coming back.
