This review is for Ruman Sayed the sales rep. I called him to make a deal on a Honda HR-V, after my Mom's car was stolen. He was courteous, responsive, and attentive to our needs. After a very short negotiation process we were able to make a deal to my surprise and we picked up the car that same day! Thank you for your patience and understanding Ruman. A freshly washed car with a full tank of gas and a follow up to see that everything is still ok with the car goes a long way! Recommend his services...

When we brought the car, salesman and financial manger said they will order the parts and fix the headlight so we don't have to wait over there. We trust them and purchased the van on 9/8/2023. As of today 10/27/23, whenever I text the salesman he response me a week later and said he will look into it. Then never come up with answers at all. Your company put a lot of advertising to make customers come to buy the car, but what kind of service giving to us.

Simple oil change for 8am appts took 2 hour and 35 mins. Didn't seem busy and no one checked on me or gave updates or explanation. Going back to Jiffylube.

Most disappointing experience at a Lexus dealership:Lack of continuity in interlocutor: I went through the process of buying a L/certified vehicle: the online team did not provide any background on previous negotiation to the salesman which led to a loss of considerable time repeating steps. Sleazy sales tactics: Then they tried to up-sell with useless tire warranties and ceramic coating because "the finance people put it on the paperwork". Lies: I was paying cash and the salesman said they needed me to unfreeze my credit to do a soft credit check. As soon as I unfroze my credit, they performed a hard check which impacted my credit score.Breach of contract: They provided a single key despite the L/certified contract stating they need to provide at least 2 (master + valet). They also left damage on the dashboard trim despite assuring me they would fix it in final vehicle prep.Great place to shop if you want to feel insulted by sleazy salesmen.

Update: the name of the conniving salesman is Bany. Avoid doing business with this man. He will go out of his way to make sure he is the only one benefiting from a sale. He sold me out of my lease. My payoff is $68k but my car is only worth about $50k now. A only been a month. I have been to multiple dealerships trying to get out of this deal but have been told by everyone I met that he fucked me over. To sell my car now I would be $18k out of pocket and it hasn't even been a full month since the deal. I trust he will get his karma.

Disappointed! Good service until you purchase the car! purchased a Rx 350 6month ago, they never gave me my second key! Ask my dealer MICHAEL CABRERA, he just always tell me he is on it or emailed people and then never follow up again until I text him! Last time he told me will get a Mail soon, now few month after, still nothing ! And just texted him and he still says he is on it! If you gonna purchase car here , better look for a dealer that are responsible!

Nothing is perfect and things can get miscommunicated and even go wrong. My advice is keep a positive attitude in general and at Keyes. They're trying to keep their customers happy, so if you're not happy, you're not letting them do their job to their satisfaction. Keyes management team works well together. The service department has much to deal with. Vehicles that need attention and having to break the news of how much it's going to cost you. Not an easy task. Don't go there when you're in a rush, particularly Friday afternoons or at the end of the month for whatever reason particularly if it's not an emergency. And let the keyes service manager or your service representative know your experience with Midway. Don't let MW cut corners by giving you a dirty car... See Paul at Midway. Had one of the most unpleasant experiences ever on Saturday, September 16th, 2023, I was a prior customer who purchased a brand new 2016 is200t f sport cash in 2017. I came in Saturday to trade it in to purchase a brand new 350 nx, to say the least, I was so disappointed in the service and lack of respect that was shown to me. I had only ever had my is serviced at your dealer, Ali (who had always been super with us) was my service advisor and knew the immaculate condition my car was in, It only had 42000 miles on it, that car was pristine, not a scratch or dent on it. When ready to make a deal on a new car i was never so insulted, I was offered only 17,000 for my car, way below the blue book (blue book was 21,000 to 24,000), I told the gentleman Jimmy who made the ridiculous offer to me to be more realistic, told him to give me a more realistic number and let's make a deal, he refused to even work with me. My salesman Ruman was great, very friendly, kind, very helpful, Jimmy was a total jerk, giving me lines of bs how my car needed all sorts of work, telling me he needed to put $4000.00 of work into my Lexus 200t is F sport right away, funny thing is that I had just had the 40k mile service done within 6 weeks and not one mention from any mechanic of anything wrong with the car. I ultimately walked out, disappointed in your dealer ship specifically Jimmy. What I can say is that I went to Glendale Lexus and had the best service, they offered me a real offer for my trade in and worked with me on the purchase price and I gladly left with a brand new 2024 lexus 350 nx.You have lost me as a customer, I will gladly take my new Lexus to another dealership for service and will have no problem letting other people know the terrible treatment that was received that day. It was very apparent that there was no care for a return customer and no care from your staff to make a deal, sadly your dealerships loss. I sadly had to give 1 star, I would have rather not given any...

This was the first I made a major purchase online, I wasn’t sure about it at the beginning because I had never purchased a car online but everything went as expected. Very professional and everything that was promised was done! Car was delivered as they had said as soon as they received all paperwork! I im very happy with our purchase!! Since 1991 we have been Keyes customers. Service department is great. Sales suck! We went in to buy a new SUV. Our salesman Tim made the sale when he said he would take time to help us adjust to all the new features. He made an appointment with us and never kept it. He also failed to explain that we could only get one key because of the shortage of chips. This car is has many new and confusing features; the phone isn't even right.We will never buy another car from Keyes!

He demonstrated this by listening to me and what I wanted. He did not push me into buying what was available versus what I wanted. All through the process he had an energetic positive attitude, which helped build trust and immediate rapport. He was honest (unique for a salesperson!) He was empathic, knows Lexus products, and valued my time by making every second count. I recently purchased new IS 300 here and even though I can't say enough great things about this car, it's even more true about the customer service I received. Sam Kalbassi was so nice, spent so much time with my dad and I answering all our questions, getting us a great deal and making our overall experience so pleasant. Even after the purchase and paper signing he spent extra time going over every single feature this car has and how to use it. He really went above and beyond. This is a first Lexus for me, second in our family and I'll be sending my sister and all my friends here and telling them to ask for Sam to help them with their next new cars.Thank you so much!
