Terrible service. The appointment was for 9:20, but they didn't see me until 9:40. They said the service would take 2-2.5 hours maximum. More than three hours have passed and the car still hasn't been returned.
After more than three hours of waiting, it turned out that they hadn't even started servicing.

Used to be a good place to bring my Toyota, Donuts and complimentary car washes are a thing of the past. Now they say to many things are wrong with my vehicle from unqualified mechanics and need service or they hurry my service up and I have to bring back to correct there mistakes. Not a family run business so to many mouths to feed on top end as well.

Dropped off my car for its service and I was advised that it would be like 3 hours for it to be ready. They provided a ride home and then again had an uber pick me up from home to Keyes to pick up my car. I thought that was better than waiting there all that time. 🙏🏽
