Very slow staff, terrible experience. The receptionist should be fired immediately, he was incompetent and rude.

I rarely do reviews but leaving this to help others.Went there today, with no appointment, for a drug test for school around 11ish and it was easy breezy. The staff was nice and sweet, even when some impatient(from the moment she walked in) idiot lady snuck through the door to the back area to say she wants to drop her stuff off and they kindly told her to please have a seat that there’s appointments in front of her and they’ll be right with her.It was quick and easy?? I parked in the hospital lot(it’s $8) because I wasn’t sure where to park but I believe there is another lot(not the hospital) to park in.Also, you check in on the kiosks, there’s 3, even though another airhead girl waited 5 minutes behind a guy for one when there was clearly 2 open behind her.Point of the post: staff was great and it was a quick and easy process.

I was there once obviously for labs. I was able to do the process of making an appointment online which was an ease. The day of the appointment when I came in, there was a machine (several) to check in. The machine stated there was in issue processing my info and to check in via the desk but the nurse who was there stated it did go through.Waiting time to be seen was honestly less than five minutes. I was called in, sat down and blood was drawn. There was no issues, the nurse who assisted me was nice, made sure my name was spelled correctly on the label and overall it was close to 10-20 minute duration for the entire appointment. If my doctor's office required me to make a follow up lab appointment, I would come here again.

I was there once for a blood draw The lady who did that did not say a word. No hello, no instructions, nothing. Very unfriendly place. Will never go there again.

They are amazing, my ten year old son complimented the phlebotomist and said he’s really good at his job. Great place if you have kids that need lab work.

They don’t know what is service nor professionalism.Poor performance on blood taking followed by bad customer service prior the service. The old man in this location (I think Carlos) is clearly in the wrong profession.

I was honestly really taken aback by how easy my visit here was. The front desk person was a very kind older man, I didn't have an appointment but they were able to see me. I literally was in and out in about 20-25 minutes. Maybe it just depends on who is working at the time? My experience was great and super easy

If there were 0 stars I would give that . BEWARE. The Phlebotomist Carlos with glasses and white hair yelled my name in front of all the patients in the lobby . I said yes for the 3rd time I also projected loudly when he called my name the first time . When I walked to the counter he looked at me and yelled my name again. He projected and asked what I was there for he practically yelled in front of everyone . I explained my lab order was in the system and lab order needed to be taken was circled on the sheet . However , I responded blood work because I was so shocked. It is illegal and against patient privacy to say aloud what I'm there for in front of the patients in the lobby . Then he asked for my insurance card and questioned how I was going to pay 3 times . Upon saying that my dr had already submitted the order. He said I needed to call and that he couldn't find anything in the system . After getting in contact on my end my dr said that everything ; lab orders , address to be billed and drs name was on the sheet that was provided to labcorb which was the paper in front of him. After many minutes of harassment and going back and forth . I was seen at 1P when my appointment was 12:15 in which I was on time for with the same information I gave to start with . His procedure in taking my blood was rough and when he dismissed me he didn't label my blood specimen. When I said I was not leaving until my tubes were labeled was when he let me check my name . I would never recommend my even family member I didn't like to go there. This person works for health and patient care . He is the contributor as to why healthcare model is at its decline . My family member is going to management today to complain on my treatment .

Not to open very wide conversation, staff is very rude, and when I asked to provide their names for my complaint report three workers two administrative females and one man refused. Tall woman administrator yelled at me to "leave the office" because I'm being "disruptive" not to wear a mask. I didn't wear one because I didn't have one and because there was no mention at appointment email that I have to bring together with my, ID, insurance and referral from doctor, a mask of my own. After I asked please provide me one, because I don't have I would have to go to the CVS store and pay parking again,I was told they don't carry masks for the patients and told me to go and ask for one at Presbyterian Valley Hospital near the office. Tall female worker printed my information and said "I have all your information here, and you are being banned from using #labcorp for good". In about 15 minutes I managed to get a mask from another patient and came to the receptionist again and she told "It's too late. We are refusing to give you our service" in a high tone (like yelling) she repeated again and again "leave the office" I security to take you away. In two hours I waited there nobody came. I called police myself, officer said that unfortunately it is not emergency situation he cannot send nobody there. So I had to leave without any explanation of:1. why I was treated in such a inhumane, disrespectful, humiliating, discriminating way.2.I did not know who are the medical workers treated me so badly as a patient.3.I asked a paper to have for my records that I didn't get any services today to be billed for, because I made check in - I was refused to have it.#labcorp please take an action on my complaint case I opened on #ethicspoint.
