You literally made up all of that. You did not tell me it was going to be free, or how long it would take to reset. My car was off?? Clothes were in my car - You did not tell me to use my debit card nor did I refuse? If I wanted to use my debit card, i would have from the start. I wanted to use my cash, obviously. But your aggression was uncalled for. I was confused cause ive used this laundromat multiple times and was so disgusted by your behavior I just needed to leave. You have poor communication and poor customer service skills.
I was about to use this laundromat and was getting quarters from their machine before beginning my laundry. I was at the change exchange machine when he popped out from behind it and was aggressively asking me questions. He asked me if I needed change and I told him its fine, ill wait til hes done. He said if I needed change he can start the machine for me and began to go off about machines being for customer use only. I initially was confused by his phrasing and asking me about turning on a machine for me, so I think he thought I was just stealing change from them? Idk but it was very off putting and I decided I didn't want to do my laundry there and left. I was already having a rough day and didnt need to be scolded. It's just not how you speak to customers in my opinion.

Customer service here doesn’t exist.
I was disappointed by the quality of the washers and dryers and the level of communication from the “owner” who seems to be on a “I’m always right mode” now that I read the bad reviews can confirm :) Perhaps he won’t be able to confirm my visit and state I am confusing it with another place.
P.S. the Orange Line is no longer in service since forever now and the area was never heavily patrolled. I’ve lived in the area for many years and can tell you nothing’s change.
I suggest you find a reputable business that takes your concerns and comments in a respectful manner rather than receiving a response in which the customer is called a liar.
Also with machines that actually work.

This was my first time visiting this laundromat, and I’m so glad I found it! I came in around 9 PM (they close at 10), and the gentleman who was closing up—possibly the owner or someone who works there,was incredibly kind and made me feel very safe and welcome.
The place was spotless, and I was really impressed by how large and well-maintained the washers were,perfect for washing big comforters or if you have a large family’s worth of laundry. I haven’t seen machines like that in ages!
All in all, a great experience. Clean, secure, and super convenient. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent laundromat. The machines are brand new, additionally there are various sizes. There’s also a clean restroom, vending machines with supplies (including laundry bags and detergent) and a friendly atmosphere.
This is where I usually go when there’s a lot of laundry to do at once. Laundry Essentials is terrific! 5 Stars all the way!

The response below has nothing to do with my review nor I’m sure what the response is about in regards to garments.
Clearly combative customer service and mixing me with another person.
Never coming back nor recommending this cheap place.
Nothing essential about this place.
Poorly maintained which goes hand in hand with Bryan’s (so called owner) “management” skills.
Definitely not recommend to anyone.
Way better service, washer, dryers and locations nearby!

One star because someone tried to steal my car, and my phone died. I asked the lady at the laundromat for help to charge my phone and call someone from my family, but she didn’t help me. I had to go outside to find help. If you come to this laundromat, make sure your phone is charged and keep an eye on your car.

I just did my laundry here today and I like how simple, clean and quiet it is. Not crowded too. Price is ok for me. I think its worth it compared to an overcrowded cheap one.

Used to be a great place to do laundry, but they have raised their prices exponentially, and they have cut how much you get for your quarter while drying from 10min a quarter down to 7min.

I wouldn’t give it any stars, the new owners racist for not being of color of the world like the rest of us, and very rude. The quality of service went down and tried kicking me out for no reason exact words “ we don’t won’t your kind in here. The paying kind?? Are my quarters shinier than yours?? Avoid at all cost or be bullied for doing your Landry minding your own business.

This is a small laundromat but it is updated, clean and usually not crowded. Prices are the same as other laundromats I've used. The inside temperature is very comfortable during hot weather.

UPDATE : NEW OWNER/The coin change machine didn't provide me with the all $ , was missing and i called them and right away was taking care of the issue. just a great owner to deal, For as long i pass by this are , i will always use this Facility! I will defenetly Recommend it , clean and nice environment!Clean and nice but 2 pair of sets brand new sheets were damage and spoken to the owner as his dryer had a the drum not properly working. Hes answer was , you should have check them before * how would I check them ?? Before you put the money you are now able to distinguish wich one is bad , ITS THEIR JOB TO CHECK THEM DAILY !! I. Not mad about the money, I'm surprised the answer and his tone and right ways said it was my faul !!

I love this place. It’s always clean and never crowded. There are various machine sizes which is a plus. I’m not familiar with the previous owner but the owner now has always been accommodating.
