Always come and hardly have a smooth in and out. Not very busy, but takes a long time depositing or getting assistance. I came in a while ago and sat with someone to change my address and still have issues with the new zip. Also, the bank was still had my PO as an address on file. But I’ve been getting mail at times at my new address…? Ok!This has prevented me from being able to use my card online. Hopefully this time I will get assistance to actually change my current address not the old one. Fingers crossed.Tried again and still issues with my information. Unable to use online banking because just can’t get my number correct. I did question why my old number was not taken off and I was assured it wouldn’t be an issue and to give it 2 days. That was a red flag. I waited 2 days and still using my OLD NUMBER. That didn’t make any sense to me. Why wasn’t the old number taken off and not showing as a default number because it was never taken off like I asked? NO IDEA? This is the last straw. I’ve been with this bank forever, years and this is what you get. Customer service is not great. Simple tasks can’t be performed while the old number gets messages. Not good at all and very concerned about the old address they still were using along with not being able to actual update my current number. I’m done. I’ll take my funds somewhere else.

Henry Aragon that works at Van Nuys Branch was very polite, friendly and well communication.He cares about his customer and he was very professional and quick at his job.He did a great and fast service to our family today.I want to thank you the branch manager to have this good well trained employees.

Los Angeles Federal Credit Union employees' are the best, especially Credit Union Representative Benjamin Hinton's overall services during the years I've been with LAFCU. Benjamin Hinton has been ?% compliant concerning my American With Disabilities Act(ADA) Reasonable Accommodations.First and Foremost it's obvious that Benjamin Hinton treats all LAFCU customers with his utmost sincere attention and assistance. Worst company I have ever delt with. I bank with 13 other banks never delt with the bs they have made me go through. Didnt wanna send me tags for a car, asked me to come to a branch wich is like 45 mins away from where i live, once i got there they were like you could email this. Customer service is unhelpful and extremely rude. Charged me a fee to make a payment after being disrespected by customer service. Wouldn't ever trust them with my money again after I refi the new loan. Don't waste yall time and effort with them there are better banks that will show you respect and not pull bs like they do.

This branch: Bad customer service!Walked in with my husband, requested some assistance, cashier told us, they were about to close in the next ten minutes, but was going to ask the man next door. He had the power to process our request.-This happened Saturday April 15, 2023, at this location. -As new customers, we feel disappointed. I personally thought, if you are at the bank before they close, as a customer, you are a priority. But it is not true, this was not the case the the Van Nuys location, because the representative, had to finish at 1pm on the clock.The other cashier tried helping us and begged the African American representative, who could help us, to do so, he denied any help, and told him “NO” with a very despicable way of looking towards us, the frustrated customers. It wasn’t important.that we drove more than one hour in a traffic to go there, nobody cared. Was that a discrimination to us for coming from far, on a Saturday, was that more of a nasty of customer service.?Very unfortunate and we won’t go there ever again, that location really sucks.Not recommended at all.ElsyThank you!

I didn’t go inside so this review is on the atm.Conveniently there is parking right in the front. Atm works fast. I was done within 2 minutes depositing cash. I have a private credit until from the bay so it’s nice that I can use my bank card here

I just want to thank Corey Ford for helping me with my transaction on 04/04/2023 at 1:45 P.M.! He acted with a sense of urgency, processed my withdrawal in less than 3 minutes. He had a full lobby of customers but kept a cool, calm, collected, and professional manner. I was able to get back to the office in time from my lunch thanks to his swift work ethic. Thanks again Corey!

I am a disabled USAF VET need small loan to bury my mother who died recently also had to take $ from my rent to help my mother.Notified LA credit union member 3 years for help only wanted $1500.00 pay back 2months my credit score 650 they denied me have auto deposit to LA credit union SSI & Vet disability..note also have great financial record with Toyota financing..They denied me not nice Also no help for disabled vet..

I had to get a blue medallion and met Benjamin Hinton and he was so nice and helpful. Benjamin went above and beyond with helping me. Really exceptional customer service and everyone in the office was very nice. The security guard also opened the door and showed me how to sign in. Best service in a long time. Highly recommend. The Van Nuys office deserves major props!

Everything was ok for the most part but they get 1 star for forcing people to come to a physical location in order to close their account. Would be fine if there more than 1 per 50 mile radius
