This shop is very responsive and professional. The commutation is great. You can track the progress of your car via text. The Techs are very responsive and the front desk is very professional. Our car looks brand new. You would have never known work was done to it. The car read returned clean and without issue. I Highly recommend this shop.

This was my first time in a car accident, and dealing with insurance companies--especially their lack of response and inability to provide honest answers for liability reasons--left me feeling frustrated and anxious. However, Vick helped calm my nerves by explaining the process to me. He assured me that, based on the marks on my car, the tow truck that hit me was at fault, and when the insurance company assessed the situation, I would not be held responsible for the accident.
He was right!
I emailed the company late at night to inquire about the delivery of parts, and Vick responded within minutes. I expected a reply within a couple of days, and certainly didn't anticipate anyone, especially the business owner, responding after hours.
I'm incredibly grateful to M&J for making this difficult process so much easier. They are not only professional and thorough, but I also feel confident leaving my car in their care.

Jack took care of me when I came in. What a good guy. That means almost more than the body work to me. A friend said I should come to this shop and I also need to know for myself it’s someone I can trust. I had a good feeling about him from the start. They were extremely communicative and Jack was reachable 99% of the time. I’m very impressed by him and by his work! Beautiful job!!

This shop does amazing work and has amazing customer service!! I've brought my vehicle twice and both times have been taken care of by Vic. This man has so much attention to detail and his customer's needs. He goes above and beyond to help. I had an issue with my car after my last repair, brought it back the next morning and it was taken care of. I can't recommend this shop enough. This is definitely my go to for repairs!!

The owner is really kind and helps me well. And this store was very professional compared to other stores. I was really satisfied that they fixed all the broken parts cleanly without any doubts. They don't lie and works hard to fix it well. I highly recommend here because it is a reliable store.

I am very pleased with the service provided by M & J Auto Body. They were communicative and wasted no time. My vehicle was picked up the day of my accident, and parts were ordered that same week. The repair quality was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and my car was returned clean and on time. I would highly recommend M & J Auto Body for their professional and efficient service.

Wow, you might do better with an other Auto shop but good luck finding it ! M&J auto is the best place to take your damaged car to be fixed. Vick the owner of M&J is hands on in getting the job done. The front office Team are very helpful and will give you regular updates on the progress of your repairs. My opinion is this is the right shop and M&J is a in-network shop of Progressive inc. :).

Had a great experience at M & J! Jack & Vick gave me a quote super quick, and preordered my parts so I could be without my car for the shortest time possible. They told me it would take about 3-4 days total, but it took about one day before I had my car back. Everyone there was very professional and worked with Progressive to make everything go smoothly! Will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone that lives in the area. Already wrote a Yelp review and adding this one too because they did a great job!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Smart communicators, accurate timelines, and absolutely phenomenal body work. Possibly the best body shop I've encountered. They restored my Mercedes to near flawless condition.
