I had been wanting to get the scratches and dings out plus a paint refresh I just wasn’t sure if I could swing it financially at the moment. I was recommended here by a trusted friend and I walked in and Karina took great care of me at the Van Nuys location. She’s very nice, no fluff or over selling which I appreciate. I’m a straight shooter sales guy, I’m either doing it all or not at all kind of customer. She was very knowledgeable and good at managing your expectations of the process. We settled on a price, they had a sale going on and I committed to the premium package. It took about 4 days to get it done, I got a cheap rental. They did a wonderful job on my car and it looks much newer than before. I’d recommend them to anyone for your painting needs. Here’s a pic, I tried to attach video but it doesn’t allow me.

This is the second time I've experienced wonderful service at Maaco on Van Nuys. Karina is extremely efficient and helpful,.and the results have been great!

Not happy at all! First we went around and circled all the dings around my vehicle and triple checked to insure not one was missed. I payed good money to haven repaired. After paint job was done I received a call saying my vehicle was ready to get picked up . When I arrived we noticed several dings were not repaired one large dent was not repaired and they disputed the fact that we did not circle the very visible dent. I asked for them to please repair and also look for more dings as I was sure we did when I took my vehicle in. It took an additional week to repair there mistake. Long story short short , I went to pick up my vehicle again and still saw other dings the wer not repaired one large. As I was not very happy the the body work I also noticed the paint was peeling on my final inspection and told the mgr about my dissatisfaction of the quality of work she offered a refund of only $100 I was done arguing about it and decided to take the loss of my thousands of dollars and go elsewhere. My advice to anyone going to this particular body shop, double, triple check your dents circle and take pics of all dents to insure all are repaired. Terribly disappointed. The people I delt with were very nice but wish things could have worked out better.

Karina provided an estimate and the time frame to complete the work. The job was done on time at the original estimate and it was excellent. I will return for other body work and paint in the future. I was very happy with the outcome.

Took my 2004 Toyota sequoia in- 21 years of wear and tear, peeling paint and clear coat and some bumper damage. Replaced bumper and painted entire car and trim. $2200 total and see pics the the transformation. Very happy with the work and the flaws were addressed going into the job. Took a bit longer than expected (we were thinking a week and ended up being about 10 days) but I’m happy!

Brought in my 00’ Mustang in for a paint job at the MAACO of Van Nuys location.
Assistant General Manager, Jay, was excellent throughout the entire process. A+++
Car was finished rather quickly and looked phenomenal upon delivery.
I have another vehicle that I will be bringing in to this location shortly, due to the awesome experience I had.

This Maaco is hands down one of the best locations! I really appreciate this team for understanding the assignment and making my car look like the dream car I envisioned. No overspray, no chipped paint, just a perfectly painted car. I’ve been smiling head to toe since I’ve lived up my car.
