My grandmother was suffering from COVID induced pneumonia and time was on the clock to get her oxygen concentrators as well as other essentials. She was visiting from Mexico so getting these things was nearly impossible every where else. Once we got a prescription, Enrique helped expedite the process and was truly trying his best to help me and my grandma.
