My doctors sent in my refill prescription on 4/26, it won't be ready until Thursday May 4th and then they will delivery it on May 5th. It takes them over a week to fill a prescription. This medication I take needs to be taken once a week on the same day, without missing an injection. Well, I missed an injection!! Then they use a 3rd party delivery service, which is basically someone using their own car to deliver. On my first prescription at the beginning of April I left specific instruction to 4 people at the pharmacy to make sure the driver has the instruction to call me when they get there because there's no access to my home from the front. I happened to go out front to get my mail as the driver was leaving because he knocked on the front house and no one answered. He would have left without giving me my medication. DO NOT USE THEM! If you medical insurance has a contract with them, then file a complaint with your medical insurance provider.

I’ve been out of my meds for over 2 weeks. I spend my breaks and lunches on hold trying to get through to do a refill and I’m never successful. Every month I have to call my doctors office to let them know I’m having a hard time with this pharmacy and they have to call the pharmacy for me. It’s so hard to connect with them it is sad and pathetic. I want out!!!!

The worst of any pharmacy in my lifetime. You'll have to do everything yourself for each refill. And don't trust them when they tell you they'll send in a request to your doctor and which never do. Usually I won't get my prescription until weeks and weeks later due to prior authorization. They'll say they never got anything from your doctor but it's already in the system. I don't know how they ever get things right. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. If I can give it a zero here, I would.

What should I say about this pharmacy. Not sure what kind of team they hire for their staff. Specially their marketing team. I won't be saying her name but Her initials are BR. I work for the doctor office and this lady came to office to tell us about her pharmacy and their services. I sent her few RXs and they screwed up upside down. What I think is this is very unprofessional when you promise something and don't deliver it. The only reason I am writing this review is because she doesn't have any professionalism what so ever. We have restricted her from our office and I hope that the pharmacy knows about this. Also she tries to bribe doctor office staff with some candles. Pharmacy should be thankful that we have not filed a complaint to with board of pharmacy. But if this goes on someone will.

Staff was extremely slow in getting an important t dap vaccination for my pregnant wife. The response was always "we have hundreds of emails before you" or "call again next week." A lot of back and forth from the doctors office and pharmacy until the doctor finally chose a different pharmacy. It was already almost 36 weeks needed to take the vaccination so the new pharmacy would of been too late. She ended up going to the local cvs and had to pay OUT OF POCKET. So unprofessional.

Your staff needs to learn how to be more polite and how to have more self control. I’m about 99.9% sure they would not be talking over the phone to people with attitudes if it was a face to face conversation, keep that in mind.

MedicoRX is the best pharmacy that you could have your prescription with. They make medicine a personal business by working with you to create the best service you could get. They help you keep track of your prescriptions, understand what you are taking, and are there for medicinal support when needed.
