I've been going to this gym for a month now and it's one of the best gyms I've been to. It's open 24/7 and the equipment is phenomenal! The provided equipment is better than any gym I know and the owner was more than happy to answer questions on the equipment.

I always like to go wash there, there is a large and economical washing machine, very clean and very friendly staff who work there.

This gym is open 24 hours and is big enough for a great workout but not too big to be over crowded... love this gym.

Everyone that goes to this gym is respectful and clean. Never an issue using the gear I need, and my wife feels safe coming here at night by herself. World class athletes are all around to help if you need. It really has a family vibe.

mendys is a one of a kind gym. the absolute nicest people work and frequent this place and with limited space they somehow have made one of the best fitness facilities i've ever been to. scot and staff are super nice and accommodating and do a great job of keeping only wonderful people inside the gym. so glad i found mendys.

What can I say, well Scott is simply amazing to deal with I'm in New Zealand & after talking with Scott we sorted the right shirt for me & sent though to me, shipping was 7 days very quick, sent Scott a couple videos from my 1st session in the x-factor shirt & he was on the phone pretty quick which just proved to me how great his service & advice isScott thankyou so much

An amazing gym hands down! They have all the equipment you need and could ever need. The place is kept in top-notch condition, super clean. Scot is an awesome person, everyone there is super friendly and supportive. The vibes were definitely there.

I love this facility, Scot is an amazing human being, as well as his son Troy. Every time I go in and see Scot , he greets me with the most wholesome welcome to the facility. Machines are kept in great shape, and the best part is the welcoming atmosphere, and everyone re-racks their weights.

Best gym ever. Mendy takes care of his gym and his people. Everyone here is supportive and friendly. Great equipment and great atmosphere! Wish I would’ve found this place sooner.

One of the greatest gyms that I've ever trained at. Scot and Jade, Scot's daughter, are awesome trainers/coaches. I hope to one day be able to reach powerlifting champion status at their help.

Mendy’s Gym is Best! It’s a great gym to go for a great workout. Highly recommend going here if you are looking for equipment that you can’t find at other places. The staff are very helpful and will help you get to your goal!
