Please do yourself a favor and don’t come here. My husband bought a brand new suit for a special occasion, and they burned it! It’s discolored with a white film, clearly they used the wrong chemicals or something. When he asked the lady what happened if they could do anything to fix it, she yelled at him saying it was already burnt and they can’t fix it! We have been patrons of this cleaners for 3 years but we are never coming back.

This business does alteration and I have brought many dresses to Kim to fix and shortened. Today, I came back and complained after picking up my two dresses that she altered. One of them was not done properly. I asked for these dresses to be shortened above ankle. But this time, one of the dress was not shortened the way I asked her to. So when I came to ask her if she can fix it, she said NO! I explained to her that it was not done right and she needs to further shorten it she again said NO because she said this is how I wanted it to be done and it was my mistake and not hers!!! What a terrible service to give back to a customer who came back to her shop over and over and for one time that I came back, she is not willing to fix the problem!! Don't ever bring your service to this business!! She will not treat you nice! They only care about your money and no service whatsoever she's willing to give back! She just lost a good customer today! SAD I had to deal with her bad attitude!!!

These couples are wonderful and kind. They always do a great job in hemming my pants and clothes; besides outstanding customer service, they make you feel like a member of their family. In 2006, I was selected by the South Korea and Institute of International Exchange Scholarship Programmer to visit South Korea’s institutions; such experience is always a conversation topic that I enjoy sharing with these couple. I’ve been going to their store for years and they always provide excellent service and quality jobs. My alterations were fantastic. Super reasonable price and very very quick. Don't let the language barrier deter you because the workmanship, expertise and quality of work speaks for itself. She finished the alterations on my wedding dress in a week! It was a no fuss experience and I'm glad I didn't take it somewhere else. Wedding dress alterations can be very nerve -racking and I'm glad I found them per recommendation of my friend. As a first experience it was wonderful and I would recommend this place for alterations. Very friendly also!

My family and I have been going to Merit Cleaners for 10 years. The sweet elderly couple is always kind, excellent and courteous. They have always provided excellent customer services. We frequent Merit Cleaners for dry cleaning, press and wash and also alterations for the whole family. Few months ago my husband left his bank card in one of his pant pockets without him realizing it. We looked for it everywhere. Few hours later we get a telephone call from the sweet older lady informing us they found a bank card in one of the pant pockets and told us we can pick up anytime. When I picked up the bank card I tried to tip the sweet lady and she didn't want to take the tip and told me it's her job. I left it on the counter and told her to please pass it to the worker that found it. We continue to inform our family and friends about Merit Cleaners because we like to support small businesses like Merit Cleaners who are honest, fair and very reasonable in pricing their services. Thank you so much Merit Cleaners!!!

Just picked up my dry cleaning from this place which was close to me house, I was trying this place for the first time. Blouse is completely ruined, burn marks, discolored, black stains. I can't believe this place is in business. I will be reporting them to them BBB immediately.

Went in with two brand new shirts to be ironed. Came to pick them up and one white shirt was stained. They didn't want to do anything about it. The owner looked at me and said they were stained already. Unprofessional and awful service. DO NOT TAKE CLOTHES THERE. Plenty of other places around panorama city to have your clothes dry cleaned.
