Our labrador, Bailey has been a patient since he was 2 months old. He's 5 years old now, and they are very friendly and professional. We are very happy with their service and they have great prices, too!

Great doctors, and affordable compared to other vets I’ve been to. BUT, the staff is rude and not friendly. At least not to me. Every time I come here I get some sort of attitude and no one ever smiles ?

This vetinary practice is friendly, affordable and open 7 days a week. It is not geographically convenient for me but worth the drive. Dr Pitt is wonderful and caring. He listens and is extremely thorough. Plus his staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Mid Valley Vetinary Hospital.

I spent more than 3k for my dog to die the next week, instead of the vet telling me my dog was on his last days he op to do a bunch of unnecessary test and didn't even get xray until I requested it. It was then we found the tumors after the un needed treatment that cost 3k. Their method of approach was just horrible.

Dr. Pitt is great! So ischus staff. Sometimes wait time is long, even with an appointment, but well worth it! He's knowledgeable and gentle with my dog!

Having moved away from Los Angeles, I now realize what we’ve lost in this incredible vet. They are available long hours. They are communicative and our cats had great care. We had 2 cats with diabetes that lasted to 17 years old. Would highly recommend.

This clinic is so amazing and so caring to each patient and family. All the techs and Dr Pitt are so kind. The wait time for Dr Pitt is 100% worth it. He is very thorough and takes his time with you. He’s compassionate and loves his animals. He also cares for the LAPD K9 Division. I highly recommend him but then I worry that he will be too busy for my own appts lol.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS VETRINARY CLINIC!!!Our regular vet was booked and we needed to have our dog checked urgently because he was caughing and wheezing and breathing heavily. Our vet was afraid of heart failure, so we went to Mid Valley. My appointment was at 6:00pm. we waited in the reception for about 2 hours until we were called in the room. Dr Fret Lucero came in, pressed on the dogs belly and said yes he has a throat infection i will give him an antibiotic shot. We asked him how can he know and why doesnt he listen to heart or lungs and maybe take X-rays. he said there is not need its a throat infection he is caughing. out of all the symptoms we listed caughing made him so sure its a throat infection. We informed him that or regular vet was concern of a heart failure and we insisted on him taking chest, heart and thoat xray beore he gives the dog tratment for infection. He agreed and came back with an enormous bill that included x rays blood tests antibiotic shots and more... we asked to only do the X-rays. They did. Shortly after he came back to the room dressed in leather pants and vest with no shirt ready to leave and said " this dog is gone, he is full of cancer" and left. No expanation, no compasion not a list of symptoms to expect or treatment available nothing!!! just left us in shock .This man should never treat any animal. Not only he miss diagnosed my dog he also has no compasion.

Would give this place negative stars if I could. The place is a scam. They barely will treat your dog and charge you $500. My dog was sick and the Dr (who I doubt is even a doctor) basically comes in for 15 seconds and says the dog needs X-rays or blood work. They will charge you $500 for this and then will send you home. No one from the office ever followed up with the results and I had to call many times to find out nothing. This place is a huge scam and only cares about billing as much money as they can.

Horrible hospital. Trying to get medication for my dog and they keep having me on hold. If anything happens to my dog, I’ll be sure to hold them accountable and press charges. They have no feelings or remorse for my sick dog. Not to mention the doctor is a weirdo who didn’t even care to fully check my dog when he went in.

Beware!! Do not bring your pet here!! These doctors are unbelievably incompetent. I brought my dog in because he was wasn’t eating or drinking and was pooping pure blood. They had no idea what was wrong with him. They did X-rays and blood work and sent us home. As soon as we got home he started vomiting blood. I called to let them know what was happening and they said they couldn’t do anything until they receive the bloodwork, which would be the following day. By the morning, he was doing much worse, so I brought him back in. A different doctor was on duty and he said my dog needed an IV fir hydration and would have to stay for the next two nights. They ran two more tests and had no plan for further testing or any treatment…all they were going to do was give him saline. I asked if they have 24 hour staff and they said no. I voiced concern about leaving him there overnight unsupervised and the tech told me that the janitors are there for a few hours after the medical staff leaves. I asked him how that would be helpful since they are not trained medical professionals and his response was this, “They have worked here for a long time and they know stuff.” I asked him if he was joking and he was not. I decided to transfer my dog to an emergency hospital and asked the doctor to call the hospital to initiate the transfer and give the receiving doctor a medical briefing and he refused. I picked up my dog and his records and brought him to the hospital and they were able to diagnose and stabilize him within hours. She gave him injections and meds to take home and two days later he is doing great. The emergency doctor looked at his chart from this vet and said she had no clue what they were thinking with the tests they ran and their decision to stick him in a cage with an IV for two days with no further treatment. My dog would have died if I had left him there. Additionally, I had to pay them $1500 for doing absolutely NOTHING….and I never received results for the tests i paid for. Did they even run them??? The emergency vet did do much more and saved his life and it cost me $508!!! If you’re thinking about bringing your pet here, please do not!!!!
