The service was fast and friendly, and I appreciated the free tire air pressure check and battery terminal cleanup. However, there were a couple of issues that dampened my experience. Firstly, the final charge was higher than the initial quote given over the phone. For reference, I had provided the exact model, make, and year of my car, expecting an accurate estimate.
Secondly, there was a problem with the handling of my car's skid plate. The mechanic, using an impact drill, over-tightened one of the bolts, causing it to lose its threads. This was concerning, but more so was the fact that it wasn't communicated to me. When I noticed and brought it up, the mechanic suggested it might have been an existing issue, which was not the case to my knowledge.

I have brought my car to Mr. Oil for about 3 years. Manuel, the owner, is an excellent mechanic and his employees are friendly and very attentive.
I highly recommend this auto shop.

I came here for an oil change. These guys, we're super nice and let me know of future problems with my breaks instead of just trying to make more money. I appreciate that. And their prices are very fair!
