Best option for auto parts other than the stealership.Forget autozone duralast junk it won’t last. Not only do they have better parts but they are much more knowledgeable and helpful.Although…. I called a couple weeks ago and there was a new guy on the phone with a heavy accent and he was not knowledgeable or helpful. He was confused and over his head and told me to call the dealership for the parts even though I then went online and saw that they had the part in stock. So note to this store, this new guy is not good for business. He had maybe an Iran or Middle East accent. The black guy and Hispanic guy that have worked there forever more than make up for the new guy though.

Not so much about the store but just the hassle of getting a battery in general. Bought a new battery, fortunately mine was still enough to get me around. Read on the site that they could help install but didn't guarantee. Be sure when selecting a store that you don't go there expecting. Was offered a box of wrenches of which none were the correct size. Told to go to the auto repair business across the way and the owner of the business complained that napa always sends people to them and that he has too much business. I ended up at another shop, I don't have the tools and didn't want to add the cost of a socket wrench to that of the already expensive battery. I heard O'Reilly's installs for free. Should have gone there but the cost of their batteries is substantially higher. On a positive note, i believe I selected a good battery and the relief from not having to worry about being stranded was worth the adventure.

Their counter person are really good, they usually know a lot about cars, engines, I happened to run across a person that used to work for Napa on Washington Blvd. L.A. it's been about 35 plus years since I was there last.

Needed some chains because of recent snow. Sold me a set for $265. Ended up not needing them. Didn't even open them. Tried to take them back to a local NAPA... they marked them up $165.. Couldn't take them back because our local NAPA told me they ripped me off. Had to drive an hour away to a cooperate NAPA. Thankfully cooperate allowed me to return. Price gouged the hell out of me. Way to take advantage of the rare now we get.....
