OneGen is the absolute best quality daycare provider you will ever find. They are NAEYC accredited, and the level of care provided to each child is incredible. Getting updated all day everyday on what my child is doing (photos, videos, changes, meals, naps and reports on the day) has such a positive effect on my own mental load during the day to focus at work and not worry how they are doing. The staff is top of the line the best you could ever imagine in trusting your child to, and if there were 6 stars to give out of 5 I would.

My sons have both been at ONEgen since they were 3 months old (my oldest staring one month before the pandemic hit). They look forward to getting to school each day and LOVE their teachers. I have a great relationship with the office and became an active part in the Parent Association Committee allowing me to be involved in many activities and build relationships with the staff and other families. All are very welcoming and available to my million calls each day. I love the school and have seen my boys thrive over the years, despite being pandemic babies. My boys are totally in love with their friends and teachers. Thank you ONEgen Preschool!

I'll try to make this short for you since I know you're busy. I had a list of criteria written out when I was looking for a daycare for my first. Onegen ticked all of my boxes and continues to tick the boxes that i only realized were important with time. They are worth every single one of my hard earned pretty pennies. Safety:Locked facility with newly appointed security in front. I don't think it takes away from the charm of the place (butterflies everywhere with their own parent/staff/student- kept garden) but even if it did, I just want my kid safe. Every single teacher will eventually know your kid. It is unbelievably reassuring that you have an entire village that will look out for your child. One time, I said hello to my neighbor's kid that I ran into on their playground, and there was an alert teacher that made sure she knew me and I wasn't some random creep. I respect it. Compassion and competence:It's the combination I feel is important. My son has febrile seizures and the onegen team has ensured there's a working protocol in place so everyone (not just my son, but all the kids) are safe during a seizure event. We have seen them in action during his last seizure and they are a force. Every time he transitions to his next class, his teachers communicate the plan with each other so there's just this streamlined continuity. Every single kid gets this kind of individualized care based on their needs- it's honestly amazing to see. Availability:Just try to find another place that will be as accessible and available as Heidi, Adena, Kat, and Gina (and Rachel in the previous year). You won't. At least when I was childcare searching, I found other places just left my phone ringing and my emails unanswered.Creative curriculum:Ok, the teachers are masterminds. With the obvious positive experience we've had with our first, sending our second at 5 months after maternity leave was an absolute no-brainer. And even as infants, they are exposed to pretty awesome concepts (exploring moods/feeling with colors, sensory bins highlighting community helpers). My favorite was when the classes took the time and energy to dedicate a few days to each child's culture. Our baby was exposed to more korean culture during that week than even grandma could offer. Sorry grandma. Food:So onegen doesn't offer free meals but there is a hot meal program you can pay to participate. I do have to mention they do provide multiple snacks a day and they are GOOD snacks. Açaí bowls and egg bites? Yes please. And once, the teachers brought a tortilla press while exploring Mexican culture and the kids gots to make their own tortillas for their quesadilla snack. Cmon, how cute is that??Community Impact:This was never on my list but onegen's community presence and their beloved Neighbors program (where the kids and neighbor seniors unite for shared activities) have helped us become better humans really. I told you I'd keep this short but it was honestly impossible. Frankly I could go on about 5000 more words. Just a side note- if your child was never exposed to a daycare/childcare/school setting, then YES 100% they will get sick. And it will seem non-stop at first. And you will question why you are paying to nurse your child at home. But just give it a few months for their immunity to build and they will be stronger for it A very special shout out to the strong parent association with Erika Lanning leading to advocate for teacher wellness and creating a super inclusive environment, especially for introverts like me. And if you're interested in the teachers we have had (we are in love with all of them and can vouch for their expertise): Erica (the one who cured the initial separation anxiety of both parent and child), Daniella, Laura, Azur, Jasmine, Liliana, Emily, Abigail, Lauren, Ari, Anna, Yancy, Sheri, Yesenia, Amber, AngelicaOur kids love this place. Our sensitive and quiet first asks to go to school every single morning. Thank you to everyone at onegen for all you do!

We have had our kids at ONEgeneration for many years. Currently our 8month old is in one of the infant rooms and we have had such a great experience. As soon as he sees his teachers he lights up and is happy to be there. When we pick him up he is happy and the teachers give me highlights from the day as well as anything they may be working on with him. They do a fantastic job at meeting his needs by learning his cues. I also love that I get photos throughout the day and can see when he was fed, changed, and when he napped using an app. Besides all his needs being met we truly feel that he is cared for and given lots of love from his teachers.

As a parent of three children who have attended ONEgeneration daycare over the past five years, I can't recommend it enough. Quality and trustworthy care of my kids is the most important thing in my life. I need to know my children are being lovingly cared for in my absence and they all absolutely have been from the baby class to the preschool class. It's an amazing feeling to know the teachers who look after my kids on a daily basis are doing so with the best intentions and most patient demeanor. I have trusted the staff with my kids since they were each 6 months old and I was able to do it comfortably knowing my babies were in a safe and loving environment. Any issues can be addressed directly with administration, but for us personally there has been fortunately little need to do so. It is a higher priced facility, but I believe the quality of care and the nurturing classroom environments make it worth the money. The teachers are amazing and we have never had a negative experience with any of our interactions with them in the various classrooms our kids have been assigned to. All of the teachers/caregivers deserve the highest amount of pay possible as they truly work hard every day to take great care of the kids, are always in such positive moods ready to start the day with the kids, and amazingly still smiling at the end of very long days at pick up. Any negative feelings I may have regarding policies or procedures (strict sick policy & yearly extra fees) are definitely outweighed by the overwhelming amount of positives the daycare has to offer. I definitely recommend this daycare and am so grateful for our experience as our kids have each been so happy and so well cared for at ONEgen.

We've been sending our son here for years. My husband and I can't say enough good things about it. Not only is our son learning at a substantially faster rate than if we had put him in smaller at home daycare, but we as parents feel supported. At this point we've had a number of different teachers during his time at one generation, and they all had great qualities that adhered to the specific developmental age range he was in. His language skills, social skills, eating habits etc. have all skyrocketed. It's really amazing. It's a good feeling knowing our child is in good hands while at work all day. We love hearing our son tell us how much he loves going to school and how much he loves his teachers on a regular basis.

This place is most certainly scamming parents (speaking solely about the daycare portion of this business). Your kid will spend most of their time classified as "sick" and sent home. They have found a way to take advantage of parents at the detriment of the kids. My kid spent more time home than there and there was always some silly reason given. Prepare to waste your money and take time off of work if you enroll here.Recommend avoiding at all costs! You can find much better!

This is a place where you are able to have a peace of mind leaving your child! The teachers are nurturing and he has already learned so much.

I could not say enough good things about how amazing OneGeneration has been for our family. My son has been attending for about two years now and we have seen such tremendous growth in him both academically and socially since he started attending. The entire staff is so nurturing and loving and they all work so well together as a team to provide the best care! My son, who is quite slow to warm up to new people, got so comfortable with not just his teachers but all of the teachers at the school in such a short amount of time. They also post daily updates with photos and notes which really provides such a peace of mind for all parents. I would recommend OneGeneration to all parents as it has provided a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment for our son who is excited to go to school everyday!

There is a lot to love about this daycare! The teachers are nurturing, the curriculum is exciting and impressive, the classrooms are clean and organized. The outdoor space is so great and appropriate for children to play and explore! We really love it here. Highly recommend!

I went here to get my taxes done with AARP. I didn't expect to see such a lovely community of people. And they have all kinds of events, volunteering as well as classes and meals for $3.00 that looked pretty good! I am thinking of taking a class here and see how it goes. They also have Zoom classes on particular subjects like Health etc. Nice people here.

Warning to Parents: This is a fair and honest review. While the program itself is quite lovely and very well-rounded, providing an enriching learning experience for the children enrolled there, your children will RARELY be in attendance due to their broad health policy that gives them the discretion to send a child home on a whim. They struggle to maintain adequate ratios (teachers are leaving constantly, my sense is due to lack of reasonable pay and a poor culture), so they send children home for ridiculous reasons to get themselves back into ratio. It's complete fraud what they are doing. Some examples of the ridiculous reasons my children were sent home in their short 3 months in this program included: teething (they felt my child required too much attention because he was teething), cough (even after health clearance from a doctor), runny nose (they have a 3 nose wipe rule for all kids - if a kid needs his nose wiped for a 4th time, they are getting sent home and will require a doctors note to return), and wheezing (when I showed up to pick my son up because of this "wheezing" there was nothing and they couldn't explain themselves). While I understand that children get sick and should be kept home until well, they refuse to use the basic criteria of temperature measurement alongside other potential symptoms before sending a child home - this is aside from obvious forms of illness such as throwing up or lethargy. This program sets the lowest threshold possible so as to give them the most flexibility in terms of number of children to number of staff on campus at any one time. Please also note, this program is not cheap, so if you are a parent that is looking to pay for a program to take care of your children so you can focus on work, especially for those that do not have the ability to work from home, DO NOT enroll here as you will rarely get to work - I promise you that. The teachers are fine, but there is a culture of fear there when it comes to administration. I can't put my finger on it, but there is something there, hence the heavy amount of attrition among their staff. As for administration, they are completely unprofessional and untrained in how to appropriately run a business. Adena is the current "director" and Katherine and Heidi are the assistant "directors". All three are very defensive and uncooperative. Rather than being treated with respect and working with my family, I have been made to feel time and time again that we are "employees" of the system and will be treated, and expected to act, accordingly - being told what, when, and how things will be done no matter what we have to say. I have also had many instances of insinuations that I am a bad mother for questioning their judgements of things related to my children. Finally, per their policy, I did escalate to the CEO/President, Jenna Hauss, of the organization regarding my concerns. We had a productive conversation the afternoon after I emailed her and she ended our conversation stating that she would call me back after speaking with the "directors"; however, instead of doing that, she has ghosted me. No response to my emails or my calls. Professionalism at its finest...I hope this review will help others know what they are getting into before enrolling their children in this program. Bottom line, if you have the ability, and willingness, to pay a high price for daycare AND keep your kids home 1-2 days each week, as well as fit in doctors appointments somewhere in order to get your child back in, then perhaps this place will work for you. In my opinion, and from my experience, everything about this place screams fraud. Beware.

This daycare was one of the best experiences we could have ever hoped for! The center is clean, the teachers are wonderful, and the curriculum is top notch. My now 6 month old son, Travis, thoroughly enjoyed the Infant classroom with his teachers Tammy, Monique, Aida, and Helen. I cannot thank them enough for helping our son developing social skills, motor skills, and independence! The only reason we left the center is because we moved out of state; otherwise, we would have never left! Highly recommend OneGen for your daycare needs! They do not disappoint!
Thank you OneGen and we miss you!
