Outstanding Service at Oxnard Collision Center!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Oxnard Collision Center, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the repair process, provided a detailed estimate, and kept me updated every step of the way.
The craftsmanship on my vehicle was nothing short of perfection. The team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was addressed, and my car looks brand new. It's clear they take immense pride in their work and value customer satisfaction.
Turnaround time was impressive, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance company, removing any stress from the experience.

Great service, pro-active communication. Once I opened the insurance claim, they took over all coordinating and negotiating with insurance. SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE. Also the car was returned looking like it had just come off the dealers lot. It even smelled like a new car and we have small kids. No easy feat.

They are PHENOMENAL here! They helped me out with a rental car, and did a sensational job repairing my vehicle. They dealt with my insurance company professionally and had tons of advice as well. My experience was amazing with Ed and Ashley! I was hit by a truck and that driver did not have insurance and my insurance company was giving me a hard time, Ed and Ashley were going back and forth with my insurance company like a game of tug a war and after a couple months my car was fixed and looked brand new. Both of them were very responsive and kept me up to date the entire time. Ed and Ashley are both so friendly and helpful , I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know! Keep up the great work! (Even the rental car they provided was reliable) I wish I could provide 10 stars!

This review is based purely on customer service. Eddie the owner, and Ashley who is an assistant in the office, maybe she is the office manager, are golden here in Los Angeles. I was so so grateful for their kindness and genuine wiliness to help me out of the goodness of their hearts. My situation was that, yes my car was banged up because I got in an accident, which was a miracle in itself that I did not get seriously injured nor did I hit any other car (thank you God). My car hydroplaned in the rain and I crashed into the center divider, because I did everything you're not supposed to do when the car hydroplanes. Anyways, my insurance company provided me with a name of a body shop to tow my car to. I listened to them. I did not like that body shop, they asked me to sign an agreement to repair my car without the estimate first. So, I looked on Yelp and looked for a body shop with a lot of reviews that had a majority of 5 stars, and Oxnard Collison met those criteria, so I chose Oxnard Collision. I had my car towed there; first I spoke with Eddie the owner to make sure he was not going to ask me to sign the same kind of agreement the other body job wanted me to sign, He explained that that their form, has a tear town provision to sign to see what type of damage the car has endured and then the repair agreement is separate. He took his time with me on the phone and answered all my questions. He was very patient and kind and a good listener. They emailed me their form to sign; it did have a section that I did not agree with, because it states that I would agree to pay over $1000 for them to tear down my car, well I cannot afford that. So I stated I do not agree with this and wrote what I do agree with on the form and signed the form and they accepted this. Later on, Eddie told me that the insurance companies are the ones who usually pay for the teardown fee. I went to their business to see if there was anything else I needed from my vehicle before it went to the location that the insurance wanted it to go to in order to inspect it (my insurance, based on the photos and my description of the damage to the car, decided that is would be a total loss. BTW, if you are a public employee and you are offered California Casualty for car insurance, don't take it, they are not consumer friendly! Ashley, who works at Oxnard Collision, went above and behind helping me take my possessions from my car (that is probably going to be deemed a total loss) she found things for me that I wanted to keep, but I did not remember I had in my car. Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness Ashley! Seriously, I believe that Oxnard Collision Center is one in a thousand in Los Angeles that seriously cares about the customer and what is best for the customer.

Over-the-top service and quality of repairs here. I nearly took my door off leaving a parking lot and they not only fixed that, but replaced the bumper and took care of previous bangs, alignment, and even washed out stains I've never been able to remove myself, all without my having to ask. I swear almost every part of my car is better than before. Eddie is a pro and very prompt with communication while making sure my insurance covered it all. I would recommend to everybody.

This place is amazing. Was turned on to them by a friend of my wife and so glad I did. After my 2016 Mercedes E400 convertible's front bumper caught on a concrete parking stop (dumb design flaw that these models suffer from) and ripped partially off, they patched it up and sent me on my way free of charge. The next time it happened a bit more severely a year or so later, I knew where to come as I also had some other items I wanted fixed such as a dent on the passenger side from a hit and run in a parking lot, and other small damages. And I was never a fan of the 2016's honeycomb grille and decided to upgrade it with the diamond grille version that I got on Ebay with a guarantee it would fit my model. Eddie took over the care of my baby but told me that my Ebay grille wouldn't fit. But he was able to find one that would. And not only did they fix the damage, but cleaned up the scuffed wheels and fixed my passenger seat that wasn't working and the dealership wanted $$$$$$ to repair. By the time they were done, my car was not only as good as when I got it, but BETTER! I can't recommend these guys enough, but they should change their name to OVER AND BEYOND COLLISION because that's what they do. I'll post pictures of the before and after but they won't do justice to how my car looks now. THanks so much guys!
