Absolutely loved using this storage facility. I switched over from a big brand company a few years ago and couldn't be happier. Reasonable rates with a clean area and good security. Melissa is kind, informative and sweet. I was able to get the right size unit and even upgraded at one point. If I didn't move out the area I would've kept using them. Worth the wait if they don't have units available.

My law firm has been a tenant for over 20 years. Their pricing is very fair and doesn't increase every year like a lot of these storage units. They are also very adamant about letting people in who are not specifically authorized which makes me feel they are actually monitoring the place. In general, I wish people would stop reviewing businesses they have never been clients of. I see negative reviews by people who didn't like the person answering the phone. A couple of minutes call on the phone does not compare to years of service, quality of the physical location, and staff working with tenants. My experiences with this entity are far more substantial than not liking somebody who answered the phone.

Where do I even begin? This storage facility is a complete & total SCAM. They get people into thinking they're stuff is safe but really they are the ones going through the units themselves. I caught the employees TWICE searching through my unit. And don't even get me started on their employees in the office. They live sad and awful lives with their fake jobs. All they go for is your card information. Once they have that they neglect the customer. I also experienced a high level of racism. The women in the office often yell vulgar slurs to their Hispanic employees. Please get this place SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY or I will personally call the city and sue them for negligence and fraud. This is no joke. Don't even risk a single dollar in this facility. I really wish them the best. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
