I run a MSP (Managed Services Provider) and PBT is by far the best place to purchase or lease copiers from. Their offering can't be beat and support exceeds my expectations. A copier is essential and my clients are very happy and so am I. In fact, a few clients have several copiers at a single location. Ask for Steve. He'll definitely take care of you!!

I recently contacted this printer repair shop and was thoroughly impressed with the service. George was incredibly helpful and even took the time to explain and show what was wrong with my printer. His willingness to share helpful maintenance tips that could actually save me money in the future, instead of just going for an upsell. It's rare to find such honest and customer-oriented service these days. Highly recommend!

I have known Mike for 52 years. We have a home office and my wife and I work for multi-million dollar companies and have been using a $500 all-in-one printer. When COVID hit, our volume increased and our little printer was producing bad quality prints and no color and became very expensive to operate. We were spending $80 per toner cartridge almost every two months. Mike got us a SHARP business printer that has exceeded our business needs without any machine issues and zero supplies to date. We have color and this new unit can scan a large quantity of pages easily and fast, when our other printer could barely scan 4 pages successfully. Mike is great and has opened our eyes to a much better solution when talking about printer/copiers. Thank you Mike!

Blown away... Mike helped me reconnect our office printer to scan after a network change (had no idea that was the issue), he did it remotely and walked me through the whole process. He even realized our printer was not set up properly (even though it printed fine) and fixed that while working with me over the phone. He was super patient, kind, knowledgeable, never made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. Fixed the main issue and even more!! I will ALWAYS use Mike and highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed! Stay Humble everyone ;)

I was so impressed with and grateful to the owner, Mike. Wow!! How often do you see someone help with no ulterior motive? We requested a quote he actually came out and spoke to us in person. Our print quality was not great and we had been massively struggling with getting our computers to connect and print consistently, having already used the IT through our current maintenance company and being charged, it only worked temporarily and we were back to not being able to do what we needed. We were looking for a new company to lease through and not only did he give us a more than fair quote, he took a look at what we currently had and what the print problems were, told us what maintenance to request to have done with our current company and took the time to get the correct drivers (the IT guy had done it wrong) set up on two of our computers and taught me how so I could help the rest of the staff. He said our current machine has many more years left on its life at our current rate and if we get the maintenance that should already be covered done by our current company we should be all good to go. I can't believe he took the time to help us when he my not get a cent from us by helping to solve our problems. He must have spent an hour and a half helping us. We are small non profit and I am truly grateful he got us up and running. If we do decide to make any changes, I'd feel we were in good hands working with his company. Thank you Mike!!
