I had an insurance repair that went very smoothly and I am very satisfied with the result. Andy was the my first point of contact and he delivered everything that he promised at the outset. They communicated everything very well and there were no surprises. I will certainly go back to them in the future.

Premium Collision Center was absolutely wonderful from their customer service with Andy and Sarah, to their text messages to let you what stage of repair your car is in, to dealing with the insurance company for us, and doing an exceptional job repairing the damage to our car, and having our car ready 4 days before the promised date.

Unhappy with my service at Premium Collision Center. Visited on Jan 10, 2024, for a minor fender fix which cost $2,222, covered by the other party. When I picked up my car on Jan 17, I discovered a new crack in the headlight that wasn't there previously. Showed staff pre-repair photos to prove the headlight was fine earlier, but Andy insisted it was damage from the car that hit me. Surprisingly, they hadn't noted this at either drop-off or pick-up, blaming it on the absence of an insurance claim. I advise potential customers to be wary.

Very very good collision center highly recommended. Jack is very communicative and helpful left my stinger brand new after a accident they are very clean and even detailed my car when it was done would give them 10 stars if I could.
