Amazing service! Everyone was extremely friendly and great at communication. My car, unfortunately, was deemed a total loss but Nick and all the front desk ladies have been very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this location to tend to my Lexus and Toyota SUVs since they were Pride Auto Body. Despite the change in ownership, the high-quality of front of the office personnel still remain the same. We have had repairs that ranged from a few hundred dollars to nearly $10,000, and everything has been done exceeding our satisfaction. No auto body shop is perfect, and your car will never be perfect after an accident. However, these guys try to get it right and as close to what we want every time. We are pretty high maintenance when it comes to our vehicles, how they look, how they drive, etc. John, one of the managers, and Nick and Christina, two of the customer facing staff, have been nothing but professional, patient, accommodating, and communicative. What I recommend at any body shop is that after repairs are made, go over your entire vehicle with a fine toothed comb, and bring up any problems that you see that still need fixing or adjusting. I do that with these guys, and they handle it every time with class.

I have had 4 different high-end. Vehicles repaired at this facility, over the last 15 years.
The service is impeccable. The work is above 5 stars, most of all, the general manager John is the utmost professional and keeps his word. John delivers the vehicle on time in perfect condition.This business was formerly known as pride.Auto body same ownership.

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!! they used to be Pride Auto body that company was fantastic. These people need to hang a cover over their name. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had my windshield broken by a rock on the fwy. A $2000 job with calibration. I spoke to them for 2 days. I got my insurance to contact them. They told my insurance, who they are contracted with, that the job was a nuisance and not enough damage for them to take it. 1st. That would have been nice to know BEFORE I headed down there to pay the deductible. 2nd. When we need a major auto repair, that is the last place I would go. You just lost the business of 5 families who used that location for all car repairs and spread the word. Now the word will be spread that if they don't get enough cash, you aren't worth their time. They are not worth my time except to post this review to warn others

My car was rear-ended and it was repaired very good.However, my garage remote control which was a brand new one, was broken. Jonny said he will replace it. I waited some time and called him back. He said it has been ordered and he'll let me know when it arrives. After some time, l called again. He said: eventhough it's broken, it should be working.This review should have been a 5 starts review, but giving me empty promises for long time and not replacing what they broke is unacceptable.

I haven't gotten my car yet and will update once I receive it but so far this is the best experience I've had with an auto body shop. Kassandra has been so responsive constantly emailing me updates. The team is really thorough and has been working on every detail to return my car to new shape.

This is a really great auto body shop. From beginning to end of my truck’s repair process this shop were consummate professionals! Tony is amazing! Very hardworking and humble! This shop did an amazing job repairing my truck and their customer service is amazing! They even let you pay your deductible after repair work is done! I have nothing but great things to say about this auto body shop.

By far this is one of the best body shops around. They were recommended to me by my insurance. From beginning to end of my trucks repair this shop have been consummate pro's! The staff here are amazing and they did an excellent job repairing my truck. Their customer service is superb! Tony is amazing! Hardworking and humble. You cannot go wrong going to this shop. They even let you pay your deductible after the repair work is done!

Don’t take your vehicle here to repair, it takes forever, my case is just a small job it took a month, what if it has a major repair, it will take a year? Just dont choose this repair shop.

Edit to my previous review. I now understand my car is actually a limited edition model, and the parts aren't readily available. I am completely satisfied with the work done on my car and with the service provided by the staff. My only suggestion would be to do away with the automatic text updates and do better about communicating the issues causing delays directly so there's no misunderstanding. My car looks great, and I'm happy to have her back.
