My credit card was stolen and used here. I've given them as much information as I have and they continue to ask for a order number and in the same breath tell me my email isn't registered to an account. That's the point! I still don't have my money back and will disputing with my credit card company. I did NOT place an order! There customer service is useless!

They screwed up our order. Chat told us verbatim what we have in our cart would be cut around the logo so I ordered. We received stickers that were not cut at all and would not work for what we needed. I even follow-up with an email to be sure. We asked for a refund and they refuses stating its their policy that customers are required to choose the right product etc. etc. Now I am opening a chargeback with this company. Business cards we also the lowest quality I have even seen and off color. Black was more faded purple and the printer head was clearly off causing lines in the print.

Reordered a product from a previous order. Received something completely different, layout changed, font size changed, color different, paper different, etc. I contacted support for assistance and they were completely unwilling to remedy the situation. I used a button on their site that says “reorder item from this order” and then checked a box that said keep artwork as is (from original order), so the fact that what was shipped was completely different was insane. I changed nothing, didn’t even open the file, only upped the quantity as I needed more. An hour on the call with customer service to just be told “we can offer you 30% off your next order” when I now have 500 of an item I can’t use and I’m out $200. Worst customer service ever. Just lost a customer, and they also lost my husband’s business as a customer and he spends north of 15k with them a year.

PrintRunner usually does a great job but I was disappointed with my last order. It was short, more than the allowed 10%, leaving me several thousand stickers short of what I need. I emailed customer care about it and heard absolutely nothing back. I tried to use teh email widget on the website and it doesn't even work! I could not send a message through.

Sadly, I cannot leave a good review. I ordered 2" round stickers for my business to pass out at an upcoming event. The first time they came, they were printed off center. Customer Service was amazing and I had no problem getting a reprint but alas the replacement order printed the same way. You would think that they would increase their QA for a reprint, but apparently not. They did a great job on my flyers and I would go to them for those but not for stickers. Sorry guys!

Not sure what happened as the proofs showed it would be fine . Some but not all are blurry . probably just a problem with the printer they used

The product was very good quality, and it arrived before the estimated date I was given. My only complaint is that I went with PrintRunner because of their free shipping deal for orders over $75. I had three different print jobs on the same order, but only one was over $75 on its own. The fact that the other two had $16 shipping fees tacked on (each) an unwelcome surprise.

We ordered stickers to stick on our equipment and all of the stickers are falling off. They do not stick well at all.

We use a lot of stickers each year. We have tried a lot of vendors out there and never had a problem with any other sticker order since we opened in 2017 (talking thousands of stickers), and I can warn you that PrintRunner stickers are terrible = absolute worst. Imagine a company selling stickers that don't stick well = that's PrintRunner.

Stickers don't stick. Customer service is null. Claims dept. is condescending. I have bought stickers from multiple other companies and can say without a doubt this is the worst place to print stickers = AVOID

I have been using them for my print materials for my non profit business for years. But my last order was diappointing. The order was sent USPS instead of UPS like all of their other orders. So it was not delivered to my door, but left in a USPS parcel box that cannot be opened in time for our event. And the order was shipped in 2 different parts. The part I didn'tneed right away was shipped UPS and arrived earler than expected / needed. But the business cards that I needed took longer and will not be available for my event Very dissappointing. Will cost me business. And it looks like I need to see if I can find another printer. They did not offer to assist in any way. Were not at all helpful.
