UPDATE - Moved in today and Deaisy was very helpful. I highly recommend this location.
Great facility! Fantastic service! Deaisy patiently walked me through every step in-person and then over the phone. The buildings and grounds are spotless and access is both secure and easy.

I do not feel safe here especially as a woman. The two times that I have been here moving my things in and out of the unit I have noticed men with bicycles who clearly look like they have trespassed onto the premises, trying to get into the building and access the elevators. This most recent time one of them asked me for my code and I had to call someone from the front desk because I was nervous about leaving my belongings next to my car while I was loading it in. Please be very cautious!!! Better security measures are needed.

I have had such a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Daisy! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She explained everything clearly, helped me find the right unit for my needs, and made the whole process quick and easy.
What really stands out is Daisy’s patience and genuine care, she always takes the time to answer all my questions and makes me feel completely comfortable .
You can tell she truly values her customers and takes pride in her work.
I was having a hardship due to the fires in Los Angeles, Daisy went above and beyond to help me when I was at my lowest point she treated me with so much kindness and compassion.
The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the exceptional customer service from Daisy that really made the difference. If you’re looking for storage and want to be treated with kindness and professionalism, ask for Daisy. She’s a gem!

Micheal helped me walk to 3 different size units in 2 different buildings. He took the time to explain everything I would need to know about renting my first time unit. He took into consideration my concern for safety and showed me the closes exits and cameras. He even went above and beyond to find a 1st level unit in building C which is a busy place. Michael is a steller employee and takes the care of your renters. 5 stars for him.

ALBA has worked with me from afar since January 2025! She has taken customer service to another whole level by doing EVERYTHING RIGHT with no room for improvement! Truly, this schoolteacher of MANY years would have given her An A+ for going way over the call of duty and thinking outside the box to simplify at every turn! On top of that she speaks beautifully- her articulation and enunciation is to perfection not to forget her KIND delivery style! What a Wonderful person you have representing your company - each time I speak to her I feel as though I’ve been touched by an ANGEL that’s just anxious to HELP! She’s simply the BEST and a KEEPER , indeed!
