Brought in this vintage Reggie Bush Rose Bowl jersey with a few grease spots, dusty edges on the embroidery, light creasing on the number patches--just overall dingy. NEVER has it looked this good, essentially brand new again. On top of that, this beast is a size 60--pretty much a PARACHUTE of shiny polyester--cost less than $7 to get it cleaned. Clear communicators, on time, clean and organized storefront. I won't be going to any other cleaners in the valley, this place is IT.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Took my jeans in on a Tuesday. Was told I could pick them up 4pm-6pm Friday. I was working and didn't get off until 5:30. Made it there by 5:50 but they already closed which meant my clothes had to stay until Monday. They offer pick up Saturday but I worked during those hours. I didn't mind all of this. What I'm bothered about is the smell on my jeans now. The building didn't have central AC when I dropped them off or picked them up. The building is old and smells weird and now that smell is penetrated into my clothes and every time I put on a pair of jeans after being dry cleaned there, they stink and I take them off. I should have saved the $30 and just washed them at home and air dried them. Atleast they wouldn't smell like funeral home.

I love this place. I moved to the area about a year and half ago and have been here multiple times for dry cleaning and alterations. I have been so happy with both the service and quality. There prices are unbeatable and the time frames are convenient. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants good quality service!

Finding a good dry cleaners has been a struggle for us. Since we moved to Van Nuys we found Pyramid cleaners around the corner from our house. I have to say it's been a year and we are so happy with how detail oriented they are. We also use their alteration lady and she's able to fix almost anything. So happy with their service and work.

I was really satisfied with the service provided here. The owner went above and beyond to make sure he provided excellent service. He was super friendly and responsive. I had called about five dry cleaners in the area and no one provided the service I was looking for. Basically, I needed an extra hole in my dress belt, so my birthday dress can fit me more proportionally. I was just about ready to give up when I called this specific place, and the owner was knowledgeable and let me know he provided that service and was able to accommodate me quickly as I needed this service pretty quickly for my birthday dinner this evening. He saved the day! He got it done quickly, and efficiently and did an excellent job. I’m highly satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend this place!

I dropped off a few jackets at this cleaners to be cleaned... service was ok and they were able to provide my jackets to me when i needed them. Unfortunately they failed to inform me that my $300+ jacket was damaged during the cleaning process. I do not recommend taking your precious items here. I also will not be returning.

Took my five golf pants here to have it altered. The quality and attention to detail is very much appreciated. When I visit family in the valley and have dry cleaning/alterations needed, this is my go to spot. I live in Venice Beach, so you know I trust Pyramid cleaners.The two sisters who run the store are fantastic! You can definitely tell they care about their customers. Highly Recommended!Service: Alterations

Horrible place, run away!!! They ruined my dress and said that they just didn't know how to clean it correctly and I should solve this issue with the brand of the dress... the owner lady is incredibly rude!!! here are the picture of the ruined, white, leather collar of the dress!!! Btw she didn't even say sorry, just screamed at me, I do have the video!!!

This cleaner treats their customers horribly. They have the mistaken impression that you need them more than they need you. I went to pick up my order at 4 Tuesday when I was told and was written on my ticket that it would be ready at 3 Tuesday. Well it wasn't ready. Ok things happen. Not a big deal. So I say to one of the owners who was helping that's is ok and that I will pick it up with the things I was dropping off. I asked if I could pick the things I was dropping off on Thursday. This is when the owner began screaming at me. "I absolutely can't do anything before next Monday." So I simply said I was leaving for a trip next Monday. You would think since they just screwed up by not having my order ready on time that she would try to accommodate me somehow. After all it was only four small pieces I was dropping off. Oh no, she just kept yelling at me that she had a business to run and that I was being unreasonable. I took my order to a neighboring dry cleaner who got it done by Friday for me. I went back on Thursday to pick up the order that was late to get home to find the pants that I asked not to be creased were in fact creased and done badly. Avoid this nightmare cleaners at all costs. They won't have your back when something goes wrong and the way they run their business something will go wrong. And as you can see how they respond to customers, they will just make excuses as to why they are right and the customer is wrong.

Update 4/11/22: based on the response from the owner via Yelp, I followed up with a phone call two weeks ago inquiring about the offer to cover the cost of the sweatshirt. I spoke to someone who was supposed to call me back with an answer and of course no one ever called me back. For context: 1. When I dropped my sweatshirt off they NEVER EVER mentioned that it was a possibility it could be damaged. 2. When I picked it up and noticed it was damaged they NEVER offered to cover the full cost of the sweatshirt. However, I was offered a refund for the cleaning fee. 3. This is NOT the first sweatshirt they've cleaned for me but it is the first one they've damaged Why would I leave my sweatshirt to be cleaned if i was warned that it could be ruined during the cleaning process? That doesn't even make sense. Why would you respond to my review and lie about offering me to refund my sweatshirt when you never said that and you still haven't refunded my purchase? Going forward, tell every customer that you're unable to guarantee cleaning any item with print on it without damage. That way we'd have the choice of moving forward or not. But to take my brand new item then give it back to me damaged and lie about offering to give my money back? That is really low and it's bad business. If they keep up this kind of dishonest behavior, Pyramid Cleaners won't last long. NOTE: I've added a picture of the order confirmation - just in case the owners feel like doing the right thing and covering the cost of my damaged sweatshirt instead of literally lying about it. So corny.

I'm so glad to have found my new go-to place for dry cleaning! The customer service is wonderful and all of my clothing was handled with great care. I took in my favorite coat, a couple of dresses, and one of my husband's suits. All of my pieces came back to me in perfect condition. I highly recommend Pyramid Cleaners for all of your dry cleaning needs!

Well if you want to get your clothes ruined perfect place for it. They ruined my coat that I had for years. They didn’t apologize for it. They just said it was already like that. Very unprofessional. Prices are cheap now I know why.
