The aisles are way too small to get more than one person down at a time if you have carts and then there's always people stalking in your way no matter what time of day you're there they tried to squeeze too much store into the space they have

I have been doing instacart at this Ralph’s for 2 years now never had any bad experience with the employees until today. One of the ladies that works at self check came up to me telling me I didn’t pay for my bags when I did. The order was for instacart online pay. She made it a big issue and was being rude towards me for no reason. Due to that problem I spent almost 40 mins in Ralph’s because she wasn’t allowing me to take my items without paying for the bags when I did.

Best prices for meat, milk, and eggs. Sushi are always fresh and for good price (better than in local restaurants). I love broccoli salad (healthy and $4 only).

It's pretty okay not too bad.
The only thing I will say is it's totally understand. They close at 1:00 a.m. which is a great thing to people that need a local grocery store that's open so late it's perfect place. But I would suggest a little more workers on site at least two more workers

I left one star review because I was charged three times on 7/20/24 around 10pm. I only spent $235 the other transactions are for 260 and 260 both have been incorrectly debited from my account.
The self checkout register started acting funny after I entered my customer phone number . I had 99 items!!! It was annoying
I had to scan every single item myself, bag every single item myself !
when I went to enter my phone number I had a $35 savings and that’s the difference . need Ralphs to return my money that was incorrectly charged I’m sure they have an outage somewhere i
surprised that they haven’t caught it. That’s $260 twice that $520 that they are over accounting department Must be going crazy looking for this overage here I am to tell you why you have a $520 outage overage now delete these transactions and credit my account. Thank you.

Now I'm calling to speak with the day shift manager. Nobody want to answer the customers complains. This is unacceptable for providing great customer service to all customers. I will keep calling until my complain is heard and Addressed properly and professionally.

The prices at this location have become scandalous. I don't enjoy having to look through old item dates to find out that the items should have been reduced because they're so old. Charging $5 a pound for chicken? We're not talking organic chicken or young chicken! We're talking old chicken! Was that a baguette bread or a baseball bat? It was so hard I could have hit one out of the park with it! Maybe I need to go shopping in Beverly hills!

If you don’t want to keep the self checkout line working and can’t take care of customers when the computer gets stuck, maybe you should shut them down and pay for human cashiers

2 clients passed in front of me and they were not charged for wrapping the flowers and when it was my turn the woman decided to charge me for wrapping the flowers. They have to put up a sign how much you have to pay for the service.

Disgusting store , my toddler almost got attacked by a dog in the store, why are non-service animals in the store with their owners? Why are you guys allowing bacteria to spread inside of your store? This is disgusting
